This was the second time I stayed here and I was just as satisfied as the first time. A clean, spacious room and bathroom in a charming environment. Check in is quick and efficient, the host is friendly and polite. I will definitely stay again if I get the chance.

Wonderful location with mountain view. Check in is easy, the host is friendly. The room and bathroom are clean. There is a TV with channels in English. For this price it is an excellent room.

I am a very experienced traveler and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked a single room and got a truly cozy room with a very modern interior. I had stayed at a few Bulgarian hotels of the same price category before and this hotel was clearly the best in terms of the room quality. Everything was comfortable and pleasant to the eye. The room was equipped with its own spacious bathroom and shower as well as with comfy beds, a table, a fridge, shelves, mirrors, a bedside lamp, etc. Everything was very clean, and the room remained cool despite the hot summer weather. I really enjoyed staying there and giving online lessons for my work. The windows were protected with mosquito nets, so I could fully open the windows without worrying about insects. And the view from the windows was great, with green trees spanning from the hotel to blue mountains on the horizon.
I was also happy with the location. The hotel is situated in a quiet district or town located half an hour train ride away from the Sofia Central Railway Station, and the train fare was just about 0,50€. I bought groceries at a large supermarket that can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. And it takes a 20 min walk to reach the town center with its beautiful park, cafes, shops, and street food. I went there every day to enjoy grilled meat.
The host is a kind lady and speaks English so I didn't have any difficulties communicating with her.
Given the price category, I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Very Good
Quiet, after the city it feels completely silent, especially at night. Clean air. The hosts are friendly. The heated floor in the bathroom is a nice touch. It's easy and straightforward to arrive to the area from Sofia.
Once you arrive in the neighbourhood you need guidance to find the place - the GPS coordinates are way off.
