The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. There was lots of room for the family to spread out, including separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and decent kitchen.
If you have back issues or trouble sleeping, the mattresses were very poor and a bit lumpy. The description said at least one room would have a queen mattress, but it was just 2 twins shoved together. It was our only issue with the property.

My stay at Grand Vitosha Apartment in Sofia was excellent. The location is perfect, right in the center, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making sightseeing effortless. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and comfort are clearly prioritized. A big appreciation to the staff for their guidance and support. They shared helpful tips about the city, recommended places to visit, and were always available for assistance from the day I started processing the Visa to Bulgaria. Their hospitality added great value to the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would gladly choose Grand Vitosha Apartment again on my next visit to Sofia.

I liked the location close to the city center. The apartment was nice, spacious, and recently renovated.
There was no heating in some of the rooms, so the kids had to sleep with us in the bedroom and living room because it was too cold.

I loved the location of this property on a side street off Vitosha.
I also loved having two toilets. Very easy when there was three of us.
There was very little about this apt that I didn’t like.
I wasn’t too keen on the shower as it flooded the bathroom floor.

Location is very central, but also quite calm and quiet.
The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
The building is clean and seems to have been renovated, equipped with a modern elevator

We stayed in Casablanca apartment. The apartment is big and a great value for money. There are 2 restrooms, perfect for a family of four. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great, just the floor needs attention.
Floor was in a desperate need of a proper clean. My children spotted an old sock under one of the couches. The couches are old and if you sit down you will feel like you were swallowed by them. The kitchen appliances (which were not pictured) are old and could do with upgrade.

The location was ideal for exploring Sofia city centre.The Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so it was identical for 2 families. There is also a parking place .
It could be more clear. Also, the mattress at the master bedroom was in a really bad condition.

The location was excellent, minutes walk distance from the center and there are a lot of great restaurants. We got our keys from an employee who showed us the entrance and explained the rules, also he brought card machine and we were able to pay them on the spot.
The apartment above us was a little annoying due to loud music and walking with heels (from what we could understand). Not very cheap
