the room was large and clean (room service is every day), breakfast - abundant, the personnel at the reception speaks English
sometimes noisy (room facing the boulevard):
1) when windows are open, the street is noisy. The street has traffic even at night
2) the bar just on the next floor was sometimes too noisy.

Wonderful
The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options.
Parking was a bit limited and slightly confusing to access.

The bed was spacious and comfortable, the room was good size. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere was peaceful. It is right at a busy boulevard, but it was pretty quiet with closed windows. The location is convinient if you work at the Business Park, Advance Business Center or Garitage Park, plus subway near by.
We had 2 large towels, but only 1 small. The soap was only one and the shower gel on the wall was empty. The bathroom door was not cleaned on the inside (white foam splashes on it).

The food from breakfast was great.
Overall the perfect choice for our one night stay.
Bad odor when we entered the room (not sure if from bathroom pipes, the bathroom was clean).

Among the very few hotels that offer two bedroom apartments.
It’s our third year in a row in our way from Greece to Bucharest and we can see there is no sustained investment made. It only gets outdated.
What we specifically disliked was the strong cigar smell on the hallways (as guests can smoke on the balconies of each floor) and the fact that at breakfast one of the kitchen staff was replenishing cut orange slices with his bear hands (makes you wonder what goes on in the kitchen). Also the liquid soap container in the bathroom was completely empty.

High pitch noise in all the rooms from the last floor. We exchange 3 rooms until we had to leave and book a different hotel. First room was under renovation, the others had the high pitch noise and they said that they cannot do anything because they have no more rooms.

Breakfast was nice and the staff made efforts to accommodate our needs.
Both times we stayed there it was noisy. First night we had a room facing the main road with lots of traffic even at night, the second time we were facing to the side where was a party and even though we were at a higher floor it was still quite loud.
There are two elevators: in one not all floor buttons were working while in the second one the door would randomly open and close.

Convenient location for a stay on a business trip. Close to main business area in Sofia and Sofia Metro, whicn allows you to reach all important points in Sofia, even the airport on feet if needed. Decent breakfast, with fresh fruits. A bit limited choice but quite tasty and enough options for a stay of 2-3 nights
