Everything. Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast options. This is a great location to stay while you visit or pass through Sofia.
Tiny elevator, but that's common in old buildings.

Overall it was ok and clean and the location is not bad either 30~40min walk from the center
The breakfast was really bad. Not many options, and the fruits and other stuff weren't fresh. I've never seen anything like it in a hotel, and it was a huge disappointment

It was clean
The photos aren’t real, they are much smaller and the furniture is older than it appears. There is a wet smell from the carpet. The breakfast room is very small and you might have to share your table with others from 9:30 to 10. There should be underground parking, but in reality it s just a crowded spot for 6-7 cars right next to the entrance. The bathroom and sheets are clean indeed. For just one night you can manage it but it sure it is not a 4 star hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The underground parking was accessible only via a car elevator operated by hotel staff, which did not feel comfortable or safe.

Wonderful
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from the City center, at walking distance from public transportation. It also has a small free parking, good breakfast, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. For our 2 nights stay it was perfect. Good value for money.

Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a big bathroom. There was a lovely balcony with lots of sunlight. Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable public transport nearby. I will stay there again.

We were able to park our car with ease and the trams were only a five minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to explore the city.
It can get too hot in the room and I don’t think it is possible to adjust the temperature. Instead, we opened the balcony door to cool off the room. This was not a problem, just saying.
