Very nice and peaceful location in mountains couple minutes drive from Sofia, Very Friendly Personal. Clean and tidy rooms, tasty food in Restaurant. Highly Recommended!

The location is great, the suite was quite big, the bed was cosy, the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful.
The road to the hotel is full of potholes. Everything in the rooms and bathroom definitely needs some maintenance.

Nothing in special, it was ok for 1 night but not for more.
It is hard to reach the location, in the woods, the way is very bad. Sometimes it was ok, but it seems they do not spend anything to keep the rooms in shape. The refrigerator was not working due to a broken outlet.

Wonderful
The bed was very comfortable and the view of the forest was awesome! Also the silence was very nice for rest. The soroundings are beautiful. Nature at it's finest.
The sofa was not very comfortable, but we could still sleep in it. Many aspects regarding the maintenance of the hotel which was spoken about in other comments (old amenities, mold in the rooms, broken stuff in the bathroom or rooms, bugs - ants and other stuff. But even so, everything was still functional. The road leading to the hotel was very shocking. We ware not sure if it is the right way. Potholes were everywhere. And very steep hill. But you could still manage, just need a bit of courage... We arrived at 13.00 and check in was supposed to begin at 14.00. However we had to wait untill 15.00 because of a lack of staff. There was only the reception man who was overwhelmed by everything and he called the help of his friends. He was very welcoming and kind and showed us.where to go to see a waterfall and monastery. We were tired and didn't go but for others I think it would be very interesting.

The property is just outside of Sofia in a lovely forest - the perfect base of operation or a great place to rest and recoup. It family run by the sweetest people.

The staff were friendly and the room was well cleaned. I stayed there for only one night, but wished I was there for more to enjoy the nature.
The only thing I did not like was that on booking, it says that check-ins are possible from 07:00, i arrived at 07:30 and was greeted by the cleaning lady, who said thay check-in will be possible from 14:00 and that 07:00 is too early. If this information was updated in booking, I would have saved myself the 40 minutes it took me to get from my office to the hotel. Other than this, everything else was good.

I thank for the service to let clean my clothing. The road for coming to Saint George Family Hotel requires urgently new pavement. Breakfast was good, semi-individual, fresh made.
