Frustrated! Arrived so tired after I had my flight done. One of the men from the staff was grumpy, shocked me that they do not accept card payments, which is ridiculous on 21st century!? I had to be walking around for 2 miles to find WORKING cash machine and out 5, I did not find any.. in that area, so finally I got to another neighbourhood and had a sleep over at another place. Guys, don't waste customer's time next time and sort out the payment method as easy as possible, please!

Old furniture very uncomfortable bed not even a socket to change my phone near to the bed

First they confirmed the reservation, when we arrived at the hotel in a snowy and freezing weather, they said there’s no room because of the Booking.com. Soon, they offered a terrible room for cash payment. We had no other options because Sofia was almost closed with bad weather. The room was so bad with smelling toilet water leaking all over the surface. No English communication.

The hotel is close to a metro station, several big supermarkets and the local fruit and vegetable market.
Might find it a little difficult to find a place to park if you arrive late at night as it is next to several big apartment buildings.
