Cheap, and easily accessible by car. Plenty of space for parking. Staff is helpful.
Breakfast is really bad. Wifi kept dropping and beds aren't comfortable. I asked for a place to work on my laptop because the room wasn't spacious enough, and they said there isn't any. Maybe good for one night.

Poor breakfast, dinner is only 1-2 options, because all many dishes every evening was finished even at that time when dinner started. Food very simple, not very tasty, from microwave. No housekeeping - many days you need to use same towels.

Situated in a quiet area 5 minutes from the Sofia ring road. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was large, could easily fit a couple with a child + a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, pleasant sheets, the cover was warm and not heavy at all, there was a choice of pillows in the room (high and low). The weather outside was "still winter" when I visited - the room was already warm when I arrived, which was great. The shower room was pretty warm, too, there were three towel sizes present for each guest.
Both dinner and breakfast were covered in the booking, which meant I did not have to go out to eat, or order in. In addition the dinner servings were full size - no shortcuts. I found the food variety sufficient (5 options for the main course, 2 of those with no meat + 3 salad choices), and the quality was pretty good. If the options are not to your liking - you can order from the restaurant's menu (naturally - at your own expense). Breakfast is buffet style, food was fresh and regularly replenished.
All the areas I visited were clean and maintained.
Would happily book again.
The room was advertised as sound-proof, but it was not. Had a brief intro to the neighbors, which had everything sorted.

Friendly staff, clean room. The staff made a reservation of parking spot for us, which was great! The breakfast had a different variety to choose. Above that, the restaurant was open till 11 p.m. so , it was possible to eat there a dinner or drink something.
Fungus on the ceiling and a bit on the walls in the bathroom, which didn't smell well, and it felt in all room.
The staff couldn't speak English well, so sometimes it was difficult to communicate with them, but the translator helped.
