Disappointing
breakfast was good, bed was good. room was silent enough.
This hotel is overpriced. They ask a lot of money for what they give. I realised this one week before my stay and I tried for an entire week to contact the staff asking for cancellation or modification via email, and messages but they never replied. Never! Bad service. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

The room was super spacious, as well as the bathroom. There is a daily cleaning service at the room. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options, including different local delicacies every day! The location is pretty central. Around 10 mins walk for most central locations, including the Cathedral, the old church of Saint Sophia and central Metro Stations of "Orlov most" and "Serdika II".
One might find the neighborhood a bit noisy at times. Which is kind of expected, as the hotel is located at the city center.

Everything was excellent and 10, before I leave
it was 6, I asked if I can get breakfast
The lady at reception told of course and gave me a pocket.
The bread was completely molded, apple as well!!!

The hotel felt nice inside and had a pleasant atmosphere.
The room was big enough for a family of three, and the bath tube was huge.
The staff were kind. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout.

Wonderful
studio is large and very nicely furnished, with windows all around, overlooking the neighborhood. Nice to have breakfast on street level.
Not sure if the price for parking is posted before booking (I didn't see it). But anyways, great to have a parking spot.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good- one bus stop from Nievsky Cathedral or 10 min. walk.
I was cut by the shower handle and there was no one to change the handle because there is no maintenance person on Sunday. They changed our room and the TV didn't work.

The location was really good. Just a short walk and we were at Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
The bedroom was really spacious so there was lots of room to lay two suitcases flat open and still move around easily.
The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful.
The hotel was also really quiet.
The staff were friendly and helpful (especially with my gluten free breakfast needs).
The bracket that holds the shower head to the wall was a little broken which meant we had to bend down but otherwise nothing!

The property was close to city center and within walking distance of May sights. The rooms were clean and seemed recently refurnished.
The bed was really uncomfortable and left me feeling unrested. I woke several times trying to get comfortable.

Great location. Spacious room, incredibly clean bathroom, excellent metress. Very good parking garage.
This hotel deserves much better breakfast. The breakfast they serve is discent but not excellent as the room and facilities are. We arrived 30 min before breakfast ends and whatever was spent was not refilled, which was strange.

Swanky hotel. Pleasant staff.
Toilet required multiple flushing for any solids and should have its flushing pressure adjusted. Handheld showerhead leaked profusely and needs to be periodically inspected and replaced as needed. Bathroom fan often made a clanking sound.
The lighting in the room was way too dim because of inappropriately-opaque shades being placed over the lights.
Every time I wanted to enter the parking garage, I had to park somewhere else first and then walk to reception to get the gate opened. To leave the parking garage, I either had to get out of the car and press a strange button near the wall or have reception open the gate for me. They should have a license plate reader lift the gate for cars registered with the hotel that are waiting to enter the garage, and they should have a motion sensor inside the garage that opens the gate for cars trying to exit.
It was not always abundantly clear where in the garage I was allowed to park. I should not sometimes be given a series of allowed locations and at other times be told I can park anywhere at a particular level. Just make the whole garage first-come-first-serve.
I can understand the elevator requiring the hotel room key card for going up above the lobby, but I also had to use my hotel room key card to go DOWN to the lobby. That makes no sense and is dangerous in case of an emergency.
The English name for the hotel is stupid. A "coop" is "an enclosure, cage, or pen, usually with bars or wires, in which fowls or other small animals are confined for fattening, transportation, etc." In addition, they can't seem to figure out whether they want to call themselves "COOP Hotel" or "Hotel COOP."
I don't really see this place staying in business too long.
