Nice view, very good location, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean!
The breakfast was poor in quantity and quality, further more the refill of the empty gastronomes was taking ages and lastly there were not enough tables to accommodate the guests. The quality of the breakfast negatively impacts our overall experience at the hotel.

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of electrical outlets for plugging in devices, and wifi was reliable. Making luggage storage available was convenient. Close to the bus station and public transportation.
The hotel is located on a busy street, with traffic noise at all hours and construction noise in the morning. The restaurant staff during breakfast were often abrupt and impatient.

We chose this hotel especially for the EV charging station and I have some things to mention about it. It is free of charge, you just need to ask about it at the reception. There's only one charging spot, so if it's blocked by someone else, there's not much you can do. There are a few parking spaces in the front of the hotel, but they are for temporary parking only. The bigger parking is behind the hotel. We didn't see it since we left the car to charge in front of the hotel.
The room was really cold, and even though we turned the thermostat to the maximum degrees, it still didn't give heat. The breakfast was decent, but it could have had more options and also, there was a hair in the apple pie.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to them!
Breakfast was decent, but don't expect a lot.
You have to ask at reception for a to-go cup for the coffee.
The view from the 6th floor was nice
One of the beds had a broken wheel. The other one had stains on the lower part of the mattress.
No mosquitos net at the balcony.

Everything was good. The staff we're so helpful and caring. Breakfast was awesome. It felt like home.

The apartment was roomy, clean and nice. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
Parking area not paved and few steps away. Could be a problem with lot of luggage and during bad weather. Room service not available. Air conditioning in the living room to weak to cool down. Pull out bed uncomfortable.

The hotel is modern and spacious, convenient location, just a short walk to Vitisho Boulevard. Wonderful spacious car park that was free for guests. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Mariana on Reception was so warm and friendly, she ensured we felt at ease as soon as we walked in.
There was nothing that I didn’t like, it’s a gem of a find.

The location is close to everything. Employees are super nice, Maria and Suetlozar are very attentive and courteous.

No coffee sachets provided for the kettle in room only sugar was there , I had to buy outside. The soap dispenser by bath was empty.
