Hotel is small, not many people, in decent neighborhood, looks good on pictures. Has plenty of free parking spots next to it.
Pretty noisy, hear all the neighbors when talking. NO refrigerator in the room... Bathroom had some water leak, was wet all the time. Internet wasn't working, and after fixing it was very slow. Not a good experience overall

+ good location for us, close to Sofia's ring road
+ quiet neighbourhood
+ very kind receptionist although she was not really speaking English
+ warm and big room, very clean and new
- we were unable to use the garage to park our car although we have booked a place there, because someone parked the car at the entrance. The staff should have checked that no one will block the entrance to the parking lot
- the POS was not working so we had to search for an ATM early in the morning to be able to pay for our stay

the hotel was immaculate, most of the staff friendly and accommodating
lovely forecourt and gardens.
the hotel is basically on its own with nothing close by. unless you are prepared to get a bus or cab. I feel this isn't advertised correctly, it perfect for family gathering, celebrating special occasions, all of you staying together. it does have a small bar and restaurant. I in all honesty chose this hotel as it was 20 minutes away in a cab to the wedding venue I was attending but for a mini break I wouldn't choose here as a base unless Ur prepared to bus or cab it all the time But equally as said previously for celebrating occasions and your all together it's ideal.
it didn't meet my expectations not because of the hotel.......poor advertising

The location, close to Lefkada town and the beach. The room was very clean. The staff is polite and ready to help you.
The toilet (bathroom) door was made from glass and not isolating good. Therefore, you have no intimacy when using the toilet. Also, when we did the booking it was not mentioned to us we will stay in a separate building. Not a big deal, but it is worth knowing from the start you'll not stay in the main building. The internet (wifi) connection is very, very poor.

Parking on the street in front of the hotel.clean room and nice staff.
The shower had the draining almost blocked and all the water was spreaded all around.the furniture looks a little bit too old.Far from metro station.without a car it is impossible to go and visit Sofia

Convenient location in relation to the airport. quiet. Close to mini market . very nice staff who helped with all our questions.
the room is quite spacious. the bed is big. It was clean. There is a refrigerator.
The entrance to the hotel's private parking lot was always blocked, and there were not always free spaces on the street nearby. In general, the apartments were good, but there was one significant drawback - the drain in the shower. I don’t understand how they did it, but the water from the shower stall spills over half the room. It is very uncomfortable. If you take a shower and then want to brush your teeth or go to the mirror, you will stand in a wet puddle. I was also confused by the broken coverlet on the bed.

Perfect, clean, recently renovated, comfort bed and so spacious room! Very convenient for airport. Unfortunately we stayed only one night just for some sleep to catch-up an early flight but in our next journey in Sofia to visit the city we would stay there again. The lady in reception was very kind and willing to do her best to help us! Definitely recommend it!Thank you again!
