We’ve been staying at this hotel pretty much every time we fly to Sofia. The location is great and the staff is always very helpful. There was an issue with the AC and they stayed until late at night making sure it was fixed!

Nice location, with parking in front of the house. Several small shops nearby. Separate areas on different floors with sleeping and guest area were a nice addition

Wonderful
Very nice apartment, 2 bedrooms with nice beds and even 2 more single beds in the other room, big kitchen with all you need, 2 washrooms with showers. There is reception, check out is at lunch time. You can park there which for Sofia is very important.

Easy to find, clean. Simple studio, but ok for staying just one night. Shop just around the corner. Friendly staff available at reception desk.
Apartment it self had no parking space. Parked near by on very rough terrain.

Air conditioning in the stairwell only, not in the bedrooms or upstairs.

Disappointing
The space doesn’t justify the price, by far.
The room had a strong, heavy smell that made sleeping difficult.
The beds are quite narrow and placed awkwardly in the room, with no bedside table or even a small surface nearby.
There's also no light near them so you can to turn it off and then find your way back to the bed in the dark. The corridor lights were burned out, so it was hard to see the door and enter the code to unlock it in the dark.
Overall, the place felt run-down and poorly maintained. At around 15€ per night it might be acceptable for a basic, uncomfortable, overnight sleep.
At 50€ per night, however, it’s definitely not worth it.

We rented an apartment for 5 and it was enormous. It is also very close to the airport.
The kitchen suppliances can be better, for example the water heater was broken, and there was nothing to boil water for coffe, but no biggy.

I have stayed here before, it is good value for money, close to the airport and the city, but you can avoid the crowded city center. It is basic but clean, comfortable beds, there is a free public parking and a smaller "private" one (next to the building). There is a kettle in the room (no kitchen) and a coffee vending machine in the hall.
