Hotel was clean.
The description of the services was absolutely wrong. Shuttle service was awful, you can’t control the AC in the room, storage room was very questionable as well the communication with management.

I like the bed, large and comfortable.
Not possible telephone communication during the day with hotel staff , nobody answered the phone. The receptionist did not speaks Bulgarian language. Two small coffee cups, no cups for tea.No spear toilet paper. I didn't receive confirmation from the transfer cab.

The room is ample size and the shuttle makes it easy to get to and from the airport. The breakfast is has a lot of options for different tastes.
Check in was a bit of a hassle since you need to do it either in advance or on your phone on site

Prosecan hotel.
Imali smo veoma lose iskustvo. Ovaj hotel smo odabrali jer je blozu aeordroma. Kasno uvece smo stigli u hotel, uradili check in i otisli u sobu. Tek kad smo se istusirali videli smo da nema nijednog peskira u sobi.

We stayed at this hotel twice, each time for just one night, and unfortunately, the two experiences were quite different.
During our first stay, the staff member was very kind, helpful and welcoming, and the room was perfectly fine. On our second visit, however, the employee seemed a bit confused and was not nearly as friendly or helpful. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and surprisingly, the beds were not the same size as during our previous stay.
Overall, it’s an acceptable option for a quick overnight stay, but the experience seems to depend on the room and staff you happen to get. Considering it’s mainly suitable for a short stopover, the price for just one night feels rather high.

we had a late arrival, so a short time at the hotel. the room was average , and the bed was comfortable.
the temp. when we adjusted it didn't stay and woke up hot. couldn't get the shower water to stay warm. It is in a shared building with no outdoor space. we were not told about breakfast and the room labeled early breakfast was a mess with a half eaten sandwich. not sure if it was even maintained.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for travelers using Sofia Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
There was nothing major that I disliked. Everything was generally good and suitable for a short stay.
