Close to the airport with free shuttle bus service.
I was charged 15 euro after I checked in. The receptionist hasn't communicated this. At checkout I asked about it apparently they deposited 15 euro in case I would use the mini bar. I would have appreciated more transparent communication around this.

We have been staying at this hotel for years as we fly in and out of the airport nearby a lot. We really liked it when it was under Best Western management, but it seems to be going downhill since the change over. The beds were comfortable and the shuttle driver was very efficient and polite.
We had 2 single beds in which one bed had 2 pillows and one bed had 1 pillow. My husband went downstairs to get another pillow and they said they would bring one up in 30 minutes, but it never showed up. Also, the heat was on and even with the window open, it was so hot we could hardly sleep. The unit on the wall with the thermostat is just for looks and never turned on/off.

Close to the airport and very comfortable. The driver for the shuttle service saw us walking to the hotel and kindly picked us up on the side of the blvd. The morning shuttle was easy to sign up for and was just what we needed.
Nice view of the city and a nice place to rest before a day of flying.
The room we booked was supposed to have a bathtub, but I think that could be a booking.com problem and not that of the hotel. It was a one night stay before a morning flight, so it wasn't a big deal.

We stayed 1 night @this property . The room is good, the bed is comfortable. The TV channels in English are more than I expected. The breakfast is good with many selections. They provide the transfer to & from the airport.

Wonderful
The hotel is always my first choice when I stay in Sofia and need to use the airport. It's a first class environment and always meets my expectations. The breakfast is always a plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
I really didn't like that there was no safety grab bar in the shower. The safety glass may shatter into thousands of pieces if broken, but I don't want to know for sure!!

Close to the airport. Airport shuttle was easy to schedule and arrived on time. The room and bathroom were a good size. The water pressure was good.
The a/c in the room was weak, the room was stuffy. The furniture is tired. The room had a gash in the wall.

Good location, friendly check in staff. The shuttle bus driver was a lovely gentleman too.
The initial room I was offered did not have a lockable door. The staff did change my room when I made the request, but the fact that that even happened is quite scary. It then transpired that another member of our party also had a room where the door didn't lock.

Very close to airport with an included breakfast and shuttle...they even had an early morning light takeaway breakfast for those leaving early!... Regular breakfast in the restaurant is wonderful!

The location is 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The airport transfer is excellent.
They don’t have reception service, you must check in yourself using your passport and making your own key card. You have to scan the QR code to reserve the airport transfer which the online form didn’t work. The parking is not reserved and you pay on the way out. We struggled for about 15 min. Trying to get the online transfer all the while the guy behind the desk was talking to his friend on the phone. He had all of the keys behind the desk already made up with the room numbers written on the key sleeve. He was dressed in a tee shirt and not in a uniform. I did check in online before arrival as instructed, btw, I received this message to check in online as mandatory at least 5 times after I did the online checkin even received this message after checking out. Finally the guy standing there checked us in the wrong room, we booked the King and got a Queen. After complaining he gave us the right room. How do you run a hotel without a front desk? We have better self checkins at Air B&B’s. Won’t stay here again and this was our 12th time staying here before there was wonderful professional reception front desk personnel that booked you in, reserved the transfer and scheduled your parking.

Nice internally and externally looking hotel. Very near to the airport. Good rooms with cozy beds and clean bathroom with toiletries.
Paid parking not included in the room price.
Although a sign during booking indicated that no debit or credit card was required, upon arrival I was asked to provide my card details as a form of guarantee, in case of any damages or additional charges. Shortly after leaving the reception desk, I was charged approximately €15, which was not refunded when I checked out. Additionally, no explanation or details were provided regarding this charge.
They never picked up the phone when I tried reaching reception. Not via the internal room phone, nor their external website phone.

The room was so dark. The front desk attendant was brusque. The back road leaving the hotel via shuttle was one of the worst roads in BG
