I only spent a night there but i wish i could stay more!They upgrated my room upon arrival, which was a very nice surprise! The receptionists were very friendly and accomodating the whole time. Also, I booked with breakfast, but i had an early flight and asked if they could provide a breakfast package. They did happily, which was much appreciated!

Room's cleanliness was good and was spacious. The materials used in bathroom were of very good quality. Design was also spectacular. Beds were okay. The general ergonomy and design of interiors were nice. The indoor parking was good protected and easily reachable by lift. The breakfast room was small however cute. The staff was nice.

The hotel is renovated and it looks new. Rooms are clean.
The breakfast is quite poor, it needs improvement. Also the isolation of the rooms is not good, you could hear noises from other rooms.

Our stay at Lozonetz Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast is sufficient to start the day. Some aspects feel more like a strong 3-star than an upscale 4-star, but overall it delivers comfort and good service. I would recommend it, especially for short stays in Sofia.
Because our room was on the top floor, the bathroom had a low ceiling and a column that you could easily bump your head on, which made it feel quite small compared to the otherwise spacious room.

The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient, close to the city center and the National Palace of Culture. The rooms were a decent size. The parking area was small, but it was a relief to have one since finding a spot in this neighborhood is difficult.
The cleaning staff’s room was next to ours, and they were very noisy throughout the day. There was also a window sill outside our room that made loud, irritating sounds whenever it rained. It would be better to use materials that don’t amplify every drop like that. The electrical work was poor, with exposed and shorted wires visible under the fridge from the LED lighting. These may be limited just to our room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was disappointing and quite limited.

Overall, it was pretty good the room, bathroom and breakfast. Didn't have experience with anything else to express opinion
I have noticed some cobwebs in the bedroom. Not bad for me, but it is worth mentioning it because helping to have more detailed cleaning checklists.
