I booked two rooms same price, it was my birthday yet my friend got a room with balcony and my room was very small. Breakfast was terrible. Too crowded by the coffee machine, chaotic needs a rethink

Location is good if you don't want to be in the middle of the city. 5 min walk to metro and small shopping center.

Third or fourth time in this hotel. We knew exactly what to expect. Lovely place. Cozy rooms. I loved the mattress, my wife did not, but personal preferences, right? ?
Nothing in particular. Maybe breakfast could use some expansion, but everything else just right, even for a family of four.

The location is good, walking distance to city center, metro stop very close by and also small grocery stores nearby, some open 24/7. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, bathroom too! Coffee machine and kettle with tea in the room is very nice.
We were visiting in late March and weather was very cold - we had issues with warming up the room with AC. The breakfast are good but very basic, so please set your expectations :) 1 thing that surprised us was the access to our room - we were on the top floor (6th) but the lift goes only to 5th floor and then you need to take very steep stairs - I cannot imagine to carry heavy baggage on my own there. Also, we missed a balcony.

Very clean and very friendly staff, also the parking was a nice bonus because it made me feel like my car is safe, very good price for the value you are getting
The wifi was pretty much nonexistent and all the cameras had the same easy password(a hackers dream), and the breakfast was a little disappointing lacking diversity and especially quality...

Thanks to the receptionist's (Nikola) professional and helpful attitude, check-in/out went very smoothly. Overall, the staff were friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet & nice neighbourhood - very close to the metro station. Parking is a plus, if needed.

I only spent a night there but i wish i could stay more!They upgrated my room upon arrival, which was a very nice surprise! The receptionists were very friendly and accomodating the whole time. Also, I booked with breakfast, but i had an early flight and asked if they could provide a breakfast package. They did happily, which was much appreciated!

Room's cleanliness was good and was spacious. The materials used in bathroom were of very good quality. Design was also spectacular. Beds were okay. The general ergonomy and design of interiors were nice. The indoor parking was good protected and easily reachable by lift. The breakfast room was small however cute. The staff was nice.

The hotel is renovated and it looks new. Rooms are clean.
The breakfast is quite poor, it needs improvement. Also the isolation of the rooms is not good, you could hear noises from other rooms.

Our stay at Lozonetz Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast is sufficient to start the day. Some aspects feel more like a strong 3-star than an upscale 4-star, but overall it delivers comfort and good service. I would recommend it, especially for short stays in Sofia.
Because our room was on the top floor, the bathroom had a low ceiling and a column that you could easily bump your head on, which made it feel quite small compared to the otherwise spacious room.
