Very friendly staff. Private parking space at a decent price - something not easy to find in Sofia. Good buffet breakfast included. Comfy beds. Place is clean. Quiet neighborhood.

A special mention goes to Viktor at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. His professionalism, warmth, and human approach made a real difference to my stay. He represents exactly the kind of treatment every guest hopes to receive when staying at a hotel.
The hotel itself is a small, recently renovated property. The rooms are comfortable, the bed was very good, and I was particularly impressed by how clean the linens and towels were. Cleanliness in the room was generally at a high standard.
There are, however, a few areas where improvements could be made. During my stay, the room was not serviced, and basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming were not carried out. I also found cigarette butts on the balcony, which appeared to have been left behind by previous guests, and there were some spider webs behind the curtains in one corner of the room.
The bathroom was clean overall, but some maintenance would be beneficial, particularly around the shower floor and drain. There are visible signs of accumulated moisture, mildew, and mold that would benefit from attention. I am attaching photos for reference.

The staff was amazing, especially Victor. The breakfast was great. Our room was spacious and we will gladly return in the future.
There was some dust on the cofee machine and a couple of other areas. The mini bar would turn off its cooling every time we left the room due to the central control of the electricity. It was really strange and did not allow us to store cold milk for the coffee. Just something to keep in mind when you book. Otherwise i would have given it a 10 easily :-)

מבחינתנו מיקום היה בסדר. היה קל להגיע במונית לכל מקום שתכננו
מים במקלחת בחדר 401 כמעט ולא ירדו בכלל.
אחרי חצי דקה עומד במים מעל כף הרגל ומים ממלאים לאט את כל האמבטיה.
ניקיון לא טוב של החדרים. רואים שלא מנכים את האסלות.
בחדר שינה של הורים אין שום ריהוט למעט מיטה ו2 שידות.
מזגנים בקושי עובדים ולא באמת מצליחים לקרר את החדרים.
ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא מעבר.
לסיכום לא מומלץ.

Room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had an issue with parking as it was not reserved through booking platform, but they have managed to find us parking lot although their parking was fully booked! Thank you for that!

I booked a room which included the parking. We arrived late but parking was full and we could park our car across from the hotel. Own risk which ment our car might be gone next day at 5am when we had to leave for the airport. In addition the shower was leaking all over the place. I will not book here anymore.

Hotel is at great location. Room is well equiped and comfortable. Bathroom as well. Modern looking with mini bar. I especially liked the availability of underground garage.
The breakfast was basic and the same for 3 days. Its tasty but plain. The cleaning staff skipped our room even though we put a sign on the room to clean up. Instead, they turned it over to do not disturb sign. That was really not something that we expected and rude.

The location is convenient, aproximativ 20 min from the city center, and private parking is available for 10 eur. The reception staff was professional and responsive when we reported the issue with our room.
The cleanliness was below what we expected from a 4 star hotel, our 1st room 401 had long black hairs on the floor, we found a used napkin with blood stains under the pillow and a large spider on our kid bed. We asked to change our room, but even after changing the room, we got a duvet with blood stain, although it was replaced immediately. The bed table was sticky, with clean stains from the cupa. In the room it was very hot due to lack of air conditioning. Our room was facing the street and it was very noisy, due to the traffic on that street.

I booked two rooms same price, it was my birthday yet my friend got a room with balcony and my room was very small. Breakfast was terrible. Too crowded by the coffee machine, chaotic needs a rethink
