The hotel is close to the airport, it's also close to a metro station. There's a big parking space which is a big plus for Sofia. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The boulevard next to the hotel is extremely noisy but the room was quiet and peaceful at all times thanks to the good window isolation. Breakfast was not abundant, it was exactly the same each day, but it was delicious. Coffee was good, too.
As soon as we entered the room we were met by the overpowering smell of air freshener (or it could have been some sort of a cleaning product). It was so strong we had to leave the bathroom door open and go out for a bit.
Another thing I didn't like is the fact there is a fridge, but it is only meant for the mini bar products, which means it's absolutely impossible to be used.
Staff could be friendlier, too. :)

Very nice and semi helpful girl at the front desk, she did what she could
First room - room was clearly being renovated, builders left their tools and garbage and manuals in the washroom, no one clearly prepared the room
It had no heating so it was freezing, asked to change the room
Another room was offered, cold as well, AC barely managed to heat up the room to 18 degrees in 7 hours
While taking a bath water started pouring from underneath the bath into the room!
Lied about free shuttle, it was scheduled for the morning and was supposed to be included into the price of the room but taxi driver refused to let me out of the car without paying him cash of what he thought I owed even though it was supposed to be covered by the hotel

Wonderful
The hotel offers an airport shuttle, which is a great convenience, and also has parking available. Overall, it provides excellent value for money. Although it’s not located in the city center, it’s right next to a metro station with easy access to public transportation. If you need groceries, a Metro Cash & Carry is just across the street.
The room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and the view from the higher floors is great. We booked a room for three, and it was perfectly prepared for us upon arrival. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There are several small restaurants nearby, making it easy to find something for everyone. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice selection of local foods such as cheese, banitsa, lutenitsa white cheese, olives etc.
A particularly nice touch was the water dispenser on the floor, along with a glass bottle in the room that you can refill—an eco-friendly and thoughtful addition. Overall, we would happily choose to stay here again.
The bathroom could be cleaner, as it did not feel as well maintained as expected. Additionally, it would be nice to have the option to control the air conditioning directly in the room, as the temperature could not be adjusted.

The view from the room in the evening was nice. Parking was available.
The bathroom: water leaks from the shower/tub to the floor, mold on the ceiling, fan doesn’t work, and the main light doesn’t work. In the room: walls were dirty by the bed and some of the lights were not working.

The room was spacious, the bad was comfortable, the heating was excellent. Check in and check out were easy and the free parking was really easy to use repeatedly. Breakfast was better compared to last year, more diverse.
The idea with free water with a dispenser on each floor is great as far as a green incentive can go but when the dispenser is outside your room it can be somewhat noisy.

It is very close to the metro station. The hotel is nice and in good location. The staff was friendly.
The room is a bit dated and can do with a bit of renovation. I checked out at 5.30 in the morning and there was no one in the reception.
The tea/coffee facilities are there but there was only a coffee mug no mug for the tea.

I think the price is fair for this hotel . The location is good and the rooms are good looking.
The ac must have been broken in our room 305 because it was extremely cold the night of our stay.
We couldn’t do anything, the heater did not work and we have a baby.

Disappointing
Breakfast was good and we could park our car on the private parkinglot but the rest was terrible.
The rooms are outdated. Everything was falling apart.
First we had a room where everything was broken (the couch, the airconditioner, the chairs). After complaining we got another room, which was a little better but the airconditioner was still broken (could only turn up the heat, not cooling the room, button of temperature down was broken).
There was a very loud party in the hotel till 3 am. This was on a sunday. We slept only a few hours, very unpleasant stay!

Nice modern looking hotel.Large clean room with hot water pot for coffee and tea. Great location close to the airport. Free parking on site. Great view from the 8th floor
The shower partition is too small and the water splashes all over the bathroom floor.
