Everything! Especially the staff and the clean room. The entire building was in great condition and very clean. To me, the most important thing in a hotel - even more important than a friendly and helpful staff - is the cleanliness of the room. And my room was ultra clean! The lady who did the housekeeping did an excellent job! She treated me with kindness and consideration, and I'm very grateful to her for making me feel at home and maintaining my room spotless.
Nothing! Everything was excellent! I'm a very picky person and difficult to please, so the fact that I am so satisfied with every aspect of my stay at Apart Hotel Rosen, is really a testament of how great the staff at the hotel are. I have stayed in three other places in Sofia, Bulgaria, and none of those places come even close to my experience at Hotel Rosen.

This was a great apartment hotel that my girlfriend and I used for one night before we left for the airport. Location is a bit far from the tourist stuff, but the room was extremely clean and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Check-in and checkout were super easy. This hotel is definitely worth the price.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. The friendly receptionist was especially helpful in accommodating all of my requests, which in this particular case were a bit more specific than usual. Thank you for the stay.
The bathroom could have been a bit bigger but that was the case in this room only, due to its uppermost floor location.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, very neat, well equipped, the staff is more than friendly and helpful, good English, free water and croissants daily, good location, not far from city center, there is a Billa store close by for shopping, free public parking near the property. Excellent value for money, will definitely come again

parking spot for our rented car in front of the building (under our window)
the sights from the windows, but it is kind of OK, because we needed for sleeping only
