Wonderful
Very nice surroundings, in a quiet area. Comfortable bed, cozy and clean room. Good breakfast.

Good quiet location.
Breakfast is ok, but you can get better coffee and food few streets away for better price.
Very loud music every night till 1-2 a.m. Unfriednly and angry staff. I tried to ask when we can sleep and that it’s really disturbing. But their events more important for them than stay of guests. For my answer if it’s a hotel I night club, and when we can sleep, manager said that it’s a restaurant and we can sleep when it’s possible.
Also when you take a shower you’ve got to touch toilet because there’s no any separation. All bathroom becomes wet and also garbage bin.

The room was clean. Wifi worked well
The shower was tiny and with no curtain you could actually sit on the toilet seat yo shower !
Lighting in the room was poor.
Television didn’t work , maybe batteries in the remote weren’t good

Pretty clean and nicely furnished
-The staff can barely speak English and unpleasant
-when you need something it seems like you disturbed their peace to do you a favor.. Like asking for company invoice .
-breakfast is served ( 8:00 am) by same straight face reception man. You get to choose from few predefined verities but all of them are small size (no buffet). Asked for yogurt beside normal variant and answer was sharp "no! Only one pick per person!"
- room cleaning is done every two days.
- my room had a missing radiator valve and could not lower the heat. Had to sleep with window opened
- there is a small pool at basement floor but water is a bit cold. Not much of a wellness.
Overall I conisider the property expensive for the offering

Lobby looked nice, view from the room and balcony looked nice. Food was good in the restaurant.
Service in restaurant was the worst I have ever received, food was good.
SPA was opened but looked closed? Saunas were switched off, pool was cold and Jacuzzi did not work. Paint was coming off from the walls, there were insects in the hotel room and many metal parts were rusty.

Gentleman we saw in hotel after 2nd day to forth day was very nice man hotel view lovely in mountains dinner was great choice and delicious ?
Room no clean towels or clean room by staff for the 4 day we stayed .shower in middle bathroom so floor total wet after shower and can't use toilet I ask for something dry floor was told have nothing by staff member .when ask for clean towels 2nd day told no towels .no tea coffee facility in room breakfast very bad choice ? sauna not turn on in morning so can't use facilities
