Exceptional
We were in transit traveling from Albania to Romania. We just needed a place to have a good rest. And this apartment was very good for this. It is close to city center and main pedestrian street. You can also visit the town and the park, it is quite nice. Vasili is a great host.

As always everything was great. This is our 3rd stay at this studio and everything was exceptional Very nice landlord, cleanliness of the studio is exceptional, and very close to center and walking area in Sandanski I warmly recommend this studio for a pleasant stay in Sandanski..

Great location, close to the main street and many restaurants.
Bathroom and kitchen were not clean, our toilet stopped working. It was quite dark as the only source of light is a double terrace door that was relatively small for the room. We had no time to ask the host for assistance, even thou he is right next door so take this with a grain of salt. We had a tip from another traveler that the place is nice so we were quite disappointed - YMMV

Wonderful
The apartment was cosy, well furnished, spacious and clean. It has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, one electric hot-plate, oven. There was even salt and pepper. The heating was working well. The location is great, the main attractions are within the walking distance. Good contact with the owner. I fully recommend staying there.
The WiFi signal was breaking sometimes and it was generally not very fast and strong. The elevator in the building is not working. There could be a bit more kitchen appliances (e.g.cutlery). It was hard to find the apartment so it's best to contact the owner by phone.
