Writing on behalf of my elderly mum that stayed in the studio. The studio was very clean, well equipped for my needs. Next to the beautiful park. However, due to my mobility problem, I had to call occasionally a taxi to take me around the city for grocery shopping. For someone with healthy legs and back, I see no problem reaching all that on foot. Overall I had a very relaxed stay. Thank you.

The location at the park is great and the beds are comfortable. The host was friendly and also quickly at the place to hand over the keys.
Maybe an advice for the owner: replace the current curtains for dark ones to protect against the bright sun and keep the studio dark in the morning.

The room is located next to the park and facing east, this makes for a beautiful time in the mornings.
The kitchen was way too small and espresso maker had seen better days. One of us was a short gal and could not reach top shelves, she was sensitive to jokes.

Very close to the park. Nice view.
We could not enter the room on time - it was not ready. Even after we were called that the room is ready, the floor was wet and the baby bed that was supposed to be prepared was not. The room was not clean - dirty drawers, fridge, floor and dishes. The couch for the third person was very uncomfortable. No mop for the bathroom to be dried after taking shower.

The location can't get better. The studios are located directly above the park with a private exit to the steps that lead to the park (bear in mind there are quite a few of them if you have any disability or, like us, travel with an infant). Everything inside was very clean and tidy.
As we went to give our baby his evening bath, it turned out that the hot water was coming out brownish and apparently not clean as one would expect. I called the host and she kindly told me her husband will come to check it out. We waited for a good half an hour to meet with what happened to be one of the rudest people I've ever met in the hospitality sector. He explained that the problem was due to the construction that was happening outside the building and with a very arrogant and visibly annoyed tone told me that nothing can be done but to empty the heater and wait for it to warm the water again. His attitude was really nasty and definitely not sympathetic to our situation (baby crying inside, no way to have a bath in the next hour or so). Another thing was the mattress - they are very worn out, very uncomfortable and should certainly be replaced for both studios we rented.
