The loctaion is great, restaurant renovated, breakfastnvery satisfying.
Before the indoor thermal pool was connected with the outdoor pool. This added a lot of value. Unfortunatly now the 2 pools were separated and the water in the outdoor pool was much cooler. Big mistake that they separated the 2 pools.

The dinner was served without water which was something unbelievable because i have paid the reservation that includes breakfast and dinner. Not serving water with a justification that it is not paid was something that never happened to me and my wife and we were in to many places and to many hotels. So i was very disappointed with the service

Location
Staff unwelcoming, no smiles or hellos.
Not very clean, spa only has pool and big jacuzzi not sure how clean these were. Massage i received was not good. Others were good as my friends said though. Basically hotel was not clean.

- As always, the hotel staff and restaurant staff where polite, helpful and effective.
- The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.
- Everything was clean and well maintained.
- The room was quiet and comfortable.
- The pool staff did not do their job, they were just sitting in a corner outside of the pool area and from there they can't even see the two outside pools. There was nobody to reprimand people for jumping in the pool or smoking. People were literally smoking under the no smoking signs. In previous years the lifeguards patrolled the pools and there were none of these issues.
- We had a bug infestation on the balcony. They were around 2cm with pincers. When we came out to get our clothes and bathing suits, the bugs were in everything, including the shoes and socks. Because we had a window open on tilt for ventilation they had gotten into the room.
