Location was excellent, room was brand new. Excellent parking in the basement with minimum fee.
Nothing luxurious, however, it was cheap, so great value for money. No breakfast. However, there was a fully equipped kitchen in the room.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff is very friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean. Parking is available around the hotel but there is also a private parking space with minimal pay. Everything was great!

There was a seperate room in our apartment with a double bed that was not cleanes and had the bedsheet from the previous clients in the bed

Location, staff, room size and price.
AC outdoor unit is placed on the balcony that is common with the next room. The guys from the next room smoked on the balcony and the smoke was noticeable in our room. This is valid for heating mode - we were there in January.
The lift wasn't working.

Εlit hotel is in an excellent distance from the center of Sandanski. Within a walking distance of 5 min, you have everything you need. Rooms are extremely spacious, and staff is polite and extremely friendly. Rooms are new and well maintained. Get advantage of safe parking of your car for 5 lv per day. Finally, my stay in Elit hotel was fabulous and more than expected, and please believe me I am a 5 star hotel person. Once Elit, always Elit in Sandanski..

nice room good air conditioning fridge microwave and kettle. bed was comfy.
No Internet at all only time I had Internet is when I sat in managers office when I went to complain. He came up to room but could not help any further. shower was very basic for the price so avoided using it as it would have been dangerous and slippy. when I booked it looked very spacious and in grounds but stuck right in town centre and a pain with the traffic and finding it. also when I booked it said 2 bedrooms I only had 1 bedroom and a seating area.
