Disappointing
We needed a place to stay the night during our travels and we booked a room here. The price and location were great. The host was friendly and helpful despite the late hour we checked in. There was air conditioning and free internet.
The bathroom and room did not meet my expectations about cleanliness. Every surface, where a guest would touch with their hands, bore signs of being overlooked by the cleaner more often than not. The toilet seat still had some stains under it after the previous guests, and the shower and sink bore signs of a half-hearted mediocre cleaning, it is as if they weren't mechanically wiped down or scrubbed at all. Usually, I'd overlook it, but considering the niche of this hotel I feel I need to share our discomfort.

The house is perfect for a few nights stay, at the very heart of the city of Sandanski, 1 minute from the pedestrian area at the city center. It was clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. They called to confirm the reservation and clear the details before our trip, then gave us directions to find the location and met us on the street to help with parking and accommodation. All rooms have terrasse which is great. Issuing a company invoice is also not a problem.
The only thing we missed was a breakfast, they don't serve such.

The decoration of the rooms. Not all of them but 70% happy. Cars very safe.
Not very clean. Could do better with cleaning and emptying the rubbish Stayed 3 nights and the cleaner didn't show up and didn't even empty the rubbish bins. Probably this was written on the description but it seemed very strange Area has not night life.. By 20.00 pm everything is closed. Bansko and Sofia is the places to visit but you have to drive for a while
