Hosts and staf were wery friendly and acomodating. They helped me with unplaned early checked in. They had understanding when booking canceled my payment. Always supportive! Room was specious, breakfast rich, transport to gondola well organised

Location was Great, free parking, 5 minutes with car to Gondola also have free ride every 30minutes, spa and pool where also fine.

Helpful friendly staff, big pool and a good sauna. Every day a shuttle service taking us to the gondola station. Good mattress in the bed and a well cleaned bathroom.
Our balcony was facing north, so not much sun to enjoy there, but that is not a thing to lower the rating for us

A cozy hotel right in the center of Bansko. We had an amazing stay there. I really enjoyed the warm pool and the spa center. The staff was super nice, the man on the reception was very kind to us. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. This is such a good value for your money, can’t recommend more!

Clean, spacious room in the middle of old town and not too far from the main strip. The ski shuttle service was excellent and always on time. The sauna, steam rooms and pool were excellent and very clean. The staff were very professional and polite and the breakfast was always tasty and not too much choice. Just right.
