Perfect location, good breakfast, super clean beautiful room with gorgeous view, amazing interior design and nice sauna and jacuzzi.
The indoor pool was too cold so we couldn’t enjoy it at all.
The massage at the spa (costs 70-80€) was disappointing.. we recommend going to the hotel across the road and getting a professional massage for ~1/2 the price.
The reception personnel were nice and polite but not helpful.

All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

The reception was good, but the hotel is not organized at a Sheraton level. The corridors are very long and confusing—you can easily get lost. The lobby is too small for the size of the hotel, and the spa is too small for the number of guests, with waiting required to enter. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom.

Racist staff member welcomed us. He said hello where are you from, and after telling our country, he frowned, stopped talking to us and went away.
Also, we bought new years eve tickets for the buffet, which also had a “welcome cocktail” included. Turns out there was no cocktail, and when we asked the person responsible they kust said no, heres some soft drinks. We paid 110eur wach for this buffet and this was very unexpected

The house keeping services are very good. Our room was very clean, towels changed every day. We had a great view towards the garden, the area is quiet. The gym is OK. The pool water temperature is warm enough.
The staff is polite and helpul.
The breakfast is not great but I need to mention the good espresso coffee.
The hotel parking is too small and cannot accomodate all the cars, the sofa in the living room is not very comfy.
