Really awesome experience here! I wasn't expecting this kind of service, from the very first start when we came. Really appreciate the staff service, very pleasant. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the spa facilities are all good too, although I would recommend renovating the sauna's part as it seems outdated, but overall really happy how many options you have. Breakfast is awesome! A lot of food choices! We are definitely going to come back :)
Only the sauna space feels outdated and like it's not working properly, but everything else was just perfect.

The hotel is very stylish really awesome everything looks new and beautiful. The bed is the most comfortable i experienced. The pools are great. I liked the jacouzi outside with the view to the mountains. The breakfast is the best i had in bulgaris with a large choice of fresh pastries including 2 kinds of croissants and fresh bread you cut by yrself. The hotel feels more like a five star.
The big problem is how its built. Its built not in high (it has only 3 floors) but in wide so you have long corridors to walk and also many stairs. Our room was located very far. First there are a few stairs to the elevator (around 7) then along the corridor we had twice these 7 stairs to climb then a big door to.pass then another 7 stairs to go down then a big door to pass...and when you need to do these with suitcases it was difficult. Thats why i didnt give a 10. If you go out and forget something to take with you well youll have to do all this way back. So i recommend when you book to ask for a room near the elevator with as few steps as possible. Also you get lost easily . Because of all these corridors and doors it takes time to find ways to the different places in the hotel. Everything is complicated.
Also if you take the basic room although it is beautifull and i liked it very much it is quite small both the room and the bathroom.

Location was great. Nice grounds. Very good massage. The TV had English programs.
It was hard to get the room temperature right. The hotel had a maze of wings. The hallway window leaked in the storm, and our room window whistled in the wind.

The facilities are excellent and the breakfast was good. The reception and the restaurant +bar have well trained personnel.
In order for the room to be clean you have to go to the reception and mention otherwise the personnel is not doing any cleaning.

Location was great for day trips in bansko area
The facilities were in a very good conditions, the kids enjoyed the pools very much.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind.
Breakfast was really good with lots of possibilities, in a very high level.
Rooms were pretty much as expected.
The parking lot was pretty packed at the evening

We were in the hotel for the second time, and we had a great time again! We travelled with 3 kids and family members, and everybody was so nice with the kids, even though they were loud around the pool. It's an absolutely kid-friendly place. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are great! The lift is nearby, and we went to the mountain. The SPA is very nice.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spotless, and the food was amazing. I truly enjoyed the pools and the spa area, which were very clean and comfortably uncrowded. The garden with animals is great.
A special thanks to the staff they ware really helpful, especially Ahmed, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
