A wonderful place to stay! Everything was very clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming.
The kids’ center is spacious and offers great animation and activities. The pool and SPA facilities are also very nice and well maintained.

What stuck out most during our five-night stay was the exceptionally professional and friendly staff. When we had an issue with our room on the first day, they went above and beyond to resolve it, replacing our room and generously extending our half-board booking to full board. The overall stay was fantastic, with a great gym and wonderful options for children. The food was another highlight, with impressive variety across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you very much!
This note is specifically for airPlay Properties REIT (FPP) and not the excellent and professional hotel staff: Fairplay Properties should re-evaluate how they price their apartment units. The apartment section felt somewhat detached, like a separate entity that does not fully integrate with the rest of the hotel resort.

Some of the staff members were so well placed, helpful, polite and with upmost attention to detail(proactive rather than reactive) which is a clear differentiator when it comes to customer service.
Pillows were bit too fluffy for my taste and it was a bit crowded at times when dining and at the pool, but it is a large hotel so I guess that is to be expected.

I was impressed by the entire team and all the facilities in the hotel! Starting with the polite receptionists which on arrival proposed to us a free upgrade from a ville reservation and selected packege of breakfast and dinner, to all inclusive pack in a room in the main hotel due to availability in the main building. Then we found a very nice compliment in the room - bottle of prosecco and some sweets. All the spa area was very cozy and nice. During the dinner there was a singer, making the evening very nice for the guests. The food was so delicious and so much options were proposed. In Saturday afternoon, there was an animator for the guests of the spa, and several contests were organized which were so fun! And the prices were fantastic! I won a voucher of an all inclusive pack for two in the hotel!!! ✌️☺️ And all the time the stuff were incredible. I haven't seen since a while so very polite and positive people! Thank you, all from the bottom of my heart for the lovely weekend!!! ♥️

Perfect experience – highly recommended!
A very high-level spa hotel that provided us with a wonderful experience. The adults-only area is indulgent, quiet, and designed in a luxurious style, allowing for a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The spa complex is impressive and luxurious, clean and well-maintained, with excellent indoor and outdoor areas.
The rooms are comfortable, pleasant, and very clean, the food is excellent, varied, and high-quality, and above all – the staff is service-oriented, kind, professional, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
You can feel that the hotel pays attention to the small details and maintains a high standard of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to return again.
A very warm recommendation for anyone looking for a high-quality, indulgent, and luxurious spa vacation!

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, about a 10–15-minute walk away. There are shuttle buses from the hotel to the gondola, and during the ski season, there are also shuttles directly up to the ski area, which allows you to skip the queues at the gondola.

Great facilities and views. Very comfortable beds (can even choose different pillows). Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of food choices at breakfast/lunch/dinner. Unbeatable value!!

The spa was good and it was good that they had a 16+ for the non kids. If you come with kids they have many things for kids, even in the restaurant for the smallest ones. The food was good and had variety

Food was tasty and with good variety, staff was friendly, spa facilities were clean and of good quality, lobby bar was well stacked and at reasonable prices, it's really nice they offer to park your car.
Just a small note that the elevator behaved weirdly and sometimes you need to wait 10-15 mins when there's a lot of people. Not sure if the second elevator was malfunctioning or intentionally not usable. But overall not a big problem.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and cooperative, mainly the people at the reception and in the restaurant. Ski rentals are available. The location is less than a 10-minute walk from the city center, and the shuttle bus to the slopes Gondola was punctual.

A lovely and fun hotel with a very nice spa area, including an outdoor jacuzzi and a heated pool. Our room had a mountain view and a small balcony.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — they upgraded us to full board and even extended our checkout by three hours.
We really enjoyed the hotel, the food, and the spa.
Points for improvement: there was no Netflix available in the rooms, not even the option to connect through a mobile device.
The outdoor jacuzzi was cold during the day, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel in late August, family with two small kids. The hotel has warm and friendly atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great all inclusive restaurant. Nice pools. Underground parking. We had such a great time there, the kids didn't whpant to leave the place. I highly recommend the hotel.
