We did not like almost anything about this place. Maybe the best thing is the pool which is convinient for children. Food was ok, eatable.
Location is vary bad, unconvinient even if you have a car, you have to go through the mud and bumps to reach the parking which is also in mud. Room was terrible, dirty linnen and very old beds, full of dust and hair. The couch on which our kid was supposed to sleep was very dirty, full of dust with cigaret burns. Bathroom was very small, with barely any place to put anything.

The staff were absolutely amazing and could not help us enough. A family run business and they were exceptional! Extremely friendly!
A little dated in some areas but everything fit the bill. Small accommodation but you only sleep in this as you are so busy skiing, swimming in the pool. Sitting in the jacuzzi in the snow, in the steam room, or sauna. Eating the beautiful food prepared by the busy Bulgarian women out back.

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.
Tv in bedroom couldn't connect to hotel WiFi so I had to use my internet to create a hotspot,but it was fine in the end.

Excellent value for money. As expected from the pictures the hotel is more on the older side, but nevertheless nice. The pool and jacuzzies are great, even the gym is okay for a workout. The location is also great, not at the busy center, but close enough on foot and close to the lift. The navigation unfortunately brought us there through a not very nice road, even though there is a far better one. The highlight definately was the staff - they were outstanding, really made an effort to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, loved that!
Just small things - there was dust on the blinds and some other small things, but overall we had a great stay.

The hotel manager had a non-friendly client oriented approach, there were some disagreements with her ending up shouting at customers, not professional. The hotel was undergoing construction and repairs and did not inform us as customers about this, also the construction and repair works (hammering, grinding, metal and ceramic tiles cutting) were going on during lunch break when children were trying to sleep but could not because of the noise. Several other elements with minor impact (kitchen but no kitchenware, metallic edges on the floor with high risk of injury, damaged bed sheets, etc). Details may be provided to whom it may concern, for me it is a place where I will not return, I was overal disappointed.
