Wonderful
The location was spectacular. At the end of all the construction so clear views of mountains from balcony and pool. Good sized rooms with well equipped washrooms. Outdoor pool was spectacular. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Everywhere we visited was clean and staff were pleasant
The spa was underwhelming (may be because it was low season). Surprising that there was no cooking or kitchenette. Not big deal for us, but if we were skiing and booked a longer stay the possibility of heating up a meal would make sense in this apartment-like facility.

Wonderful
We stayed for one night with our children while travelling to Greece. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and comfortable room, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great place for a stopover when travelling with children.
The only downside was the location, which felt a little far from the city center, especially when travelling with small children.

Location is very good, amazing views and facilities, really comfortable and cozy rooms. Staff very friendly. We loved the pools, and the children area was very great.
The food at dinner you ask by menu is not the best choice, I guess We just had to find the best option in menu.

Disappointing
Along with all the disappointment, the hotel staff is excellent and worthy of appreciation.
At breakfast and lunch, they served trays of pastries that looked great, but the disappointment was great because they were all cold and impossible to eat. It's amazing how pastry dishes that could have been very tasty were thrown away - this is a disrespect of the kitchen for the guests..
Second disappointment When I booked the room, I mentioned that I was requesting an accessible room because I am not mobile and use a walker (ROLATOR). The room we received was the furthest from the lobby, accessed via two elevators, and worst of all, I had to go through two flights of stairs that were a real nightmare to go up and down. The disregard for my request is really disrespectful and disappointing.

Pleasant
The room was lovely and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The food was also delicious - the restaurant is buffet style and the dinner especially was delicious.
We felt like the hotel listing misled us - the outdoor pool with the fabulous looking slide wasn't available while we were there and their spa resort is 7km away. We all got sick from the indoor pool though the staff denied it was possible - something in the chemical mix changed while we were there, as on the second day we all started sneezing and coughing after we entered the indoor jacuzzi pool. They didn't deal with the situation appropriately and we couldn't use the facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel as we have young kids. It was really disappointing given what we paid for a luxurious family break.

Everything! We went there out of season and it was all like mid season, everything is working, everything is clean. No crowds, peace and quiet. We will be going there again most certainly.

Regnum Hotel was a very interesting and enjoyable stay. I booked a single room and was kindly upgraded, and the room was excellent - spacious, comfortable, with a large bathroom and a breathtaking view. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, reaching over 100 Mbps, which made the stay even better.
The hotel layout felt a bit confusing, and I had to use two separate elevators to reach my room in one of the sections. The receptionist was very kind, but spoke quite quickly, so it was sometimes hard to fully understand the instructions. The bathroom was modern, but the shower head was small and the water pressure was not very strong, although there was hot water.

I had a really wonderful stay at your hotel. The location was perfect—very close to the ski lift, which made everything so convenient. The views were absolutely amazing, and the rooms were kept in excellent condition thanks to the fantastic housekeeping team.
The restaurant staff were always smiling and provided very good service, which made every meal even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also amazing—such a great start to the day.
I especially enjoyed the massage from Tony—very professional and relaxing. I would also like to highlight the lovely receptionist, Elena Mishcheva, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She recommended the best massages, and her warm attitude really made a difference to our stay.
The soft play area for children was a great addition, and the spa was very, very nice—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. I felt that the reception team could be a bit more welcoming and provide more information to guests upon arrival.
Additionally, I had to change rooms during my stay. I had initially booked three nights, but after enjoying the hotel so much, I decided to extend our stay. There was a small issue with the new room, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, I would like to highlight that the manager responded promptly and resolved the situation, which made me feel that the hotel truly cares about its guests.
Overall, these were minor points in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.
