The hosts and staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help whenever they could. The evening meals were delicious and we ended up enjoying the evening with the hosts and their friends which was lovely. The hotel was very homely with lots of nice little touches such as freshly baked cookies.

Nice hotel with a room with a view, great and very helpful staff, well located. Nice breakfast and facilities. We chose this hotel due to the comments of other travelers and it was so accurate. Hosts were son friendly and helpful and supported in all our needs.

Fantastic view of the mountains from our spacious room and terrace. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Nice private garden and parking. Krasimir and Maria are so helpful and welcoming, we would 100% stay here again.

Lovely family run hotel. Very clean. Krasimir and his wife Maria couldn’t do more for us and Krasimir took us up the mountain every morning to avoid the huge half term gondola queues. Staying here really made the trip for us having stayed previously in a “4*” hotel in Bansko last year and were quite disappointed with the accommodation.
Will definitely be back.

We spent the winter vacation with our children and two other families in Bansko between January 2-9 2023 and stayed at the Rahoff hotel. We were in total 6 adults and 5 children. The quality-price ratio is very good, the rooms are clean; bed sheets and towels are very clean. We have been impressed by the hosts that are very hospitable, giving us a lot of information necessary for our stay, including those related to ski equipment rental and good areas for skiing. Breakfast is substantial, including boiled eggs, omelette, ham and vegetables; the area is very quiet.

Maria and Krasi were so welcoming and helpful. They helped us organise taxis up the slopes and their restaurant food was amazing! Maria's home cooked bread and cookies were delicious. The rooms were always clean and they even tidied up the kids clothes and toys. I would definitely stay again

The breakfast was always excellent. The dinner was great as well. The location is pretty good, 10-15 minutes from the Gondola lift. Krasi and Maria (the owners) are wonderful people. I will be back soon.
