A very modern and beautiful hotel that has been recently renovated. The spa is impressive, with several warm pools. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The outdoor pool was great, and there is also a pool bar.
The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, two bathrooms, and two balconies.
The hotel is not exactly in the city center—it’s about a 15-minute walk from the center and around 15 minutes from the gondola. However, it is close to the mountains, so the views are beautiful.

Room was nice and specious, very comfortable. Clean is the understatment for the hotel room, facilities and everithing else. They did amazing job with higiene. Food was very good. Veiw from the balcony was very nice. Pools are many both indoor and outdoor and very clean and warm. Spa area is so big end diverse. Amazing experiance.
Prices ware a bit high. Bottle of water of 0.5l costs 3 eur. Ac was not great but cool montain air was great so it compensated.

The hotel looks beautiful, and the SPA and pool areas are absolutely great. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the wellness facilities! Both indoor and outdoor
The room felt quite outdated and didn't meet the expected standard of the hotel. It was uncomfortably hot inside, and although the staff made an effort to resolve the issue, it couldn't be fixed. Additionally, the shower was broken, and the balcony door wouldn't close properly. Overall, the accommodations were disappointing and in need of renovation.
Breakfast restaurant in on minus 1 floor with no windows which is not comfortable and restaurant itself is also outdated

Замечательный спа. Халаты и полотенца мягкие и приятные.
Неплохие завтраки.
Кофемашина в номере - плюс.
Комнаты в очень плохом состоянии. Кондиционеры просто шумят, не холодят.
Не работали прикроватные бра, была поломана розетка. Техник починить не смог.
Заказали еду в номер, используя qrcode, но заказ в ресторане не получили - таблет сломан ?

Our entire experience was amazing. After staying for three nights, we had to go to Sofia for some family business, but we came back to Premier Resort and extended our stay for another two nights.
The location is perfect, with beautiful mountain views and away from the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet. The staff and the hotel manager, Krasi, are exceptional—friendly, welcoming, professional, and always making sure we had everything we needed.
The resort has everything you need, and you could easily spend your entire vacation there without feeling the need to leave. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay—absolutely delicious, with an incredible variety of food. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, which was very convenient.
The spa and both outdoor pools are heated, making them perfect for families with small children.
Bansko's town center is just a few minutes away, so you get the best of both worlds—beautiful nature and hiking during the day, then a walk around town whenever you feel like it.
After spending the day outdoors, whether in summer or winter, the spa is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We will definitely be coming back, both in the summer and the winter.

This was my sixth stay at the hotel during the ski season, and I continue to have a very positive experience. Following the recent renovation, the hotel looks excellent and feels much more modern.
The reception staff were professional and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable throughout the entire hotel. The newly renovated SPA area is a real highlight — it is modern, clean, and very well maintained. It features a relaxing atmosphere with excellent facilities, including a sauna, steam room, and comfortable relaxation areas, making it perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Breakfast was satisfactory, with nothing to complain about. The hotel also offers secure parking with CCTV, which is a great advantage.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service. Additionally, the shuttle service to and from the gondola, running every 30 minutes, is very convenient.
Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed hotel for a ski holiday.
The menu at the hotel’s Zenith restaurant is somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety. While the prices are reasonable, the selection of dishes is not very diverse, which may be disappointing for guests staying longer or looking for more options.

We had a great stay. The room was nice. The spa exceeded expectations. The breakfast was also very good with a great range of food. The shuttle to the gondola was very useful. We found the staff pleasant and helpful.
The room was very hot with no way to turn the heating down. This mean we slept with the balcony door open which seems like a waste of energy. It might have been nice to be given some additional tea and coffee in the room for each day of the stay, particularly as the coffee from the machines at breakfast came out a bit cold, although we did appreciate the complimentary mini bar on the day of our arrival. One of us was also gluten free and whilst there were allergen signs out on the the breakfast buffet, it seemed a little sporadic which foods had the allergens labelled. It would probably have been better to not label any at all than to label some things and not others.

Is exactly what you need for a weekend ski, just fabulos!
A bit crowded in the SPA to find a place to put your towels, however did not bother so much as outside pool is amazing
