Parking is a breeze. It's located near several restaurants, the gondola, and other activities, but not so close that noise was an issue. The town was so cute that we forgot/didn't have enough time to check out the spa. The apartment was great and well equipped. The beds were comfy. We had TWO balconies (one connected to both rooms, so it almost feels like 3 balconies). There was a hair dryer in the room that was an actual hair dryer, not one of those hair dryers that works just as well as blowing on your own hair :)
The dishwasher could stand to be replaced (the mounting was broken, so you have to mess with it a bit to get it to lock). The coffee isn't great, but there is an electric kettle, so if you grab some instant coffee you'll be all set.

When we came there was a bad smell in our apartment. We told the reception and were immediately transfered to a new apartment. The pool and spa were amazing! Its a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The massage was great!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The pool and spa area were excellent and a real treat after skiing. Hot water was available at all times, and the heating worked very well. Wi-Fi was good in the Predela 2 building (though not in the Lux building where we stayed).
The property is about a 10-minute walk from the gondola. This was a bit challenging with kids after a long ski day, but still manageable.

The staff was very friendly.
The appartment was comfortable and cozy.
The location allowed us nice walk to the center and the old town. Also there are lot of hiking trails in the near vicinity.
Our appartment was in the adjucent sister hotel. The room was almost the same as the one we have booked, with minor differences. The major hickup was that we had to go through a corridor between the hotels to reach the spa center.
The pool in the spa center was a bit colder for our liking and for the other guests apparently (it was empty most of the time).
There is a coffee machine in the kitchen, but we had to buy coffee pods from the reception.

The indoor pool was not heated as advertised, which was a big letdown, especially during colder weather. The food quality was very poor, with very limited options and bad taste. Even though we had Half Board, water was not included and we were forced to pay extra for it, which is unacceptable. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and we would not recommend it.

We loved everything about this hotel. Our apartment was brand new, and you could still smell the fresh furniture. The staff was very friendly, especially the chef, Gjoso. My wife is lactose intolerant, so we were worried there wouldn’t be many food options for her, but that was not the case. Since we stayed outside the high season and there were not many guests, we informed the kitchen staff and they did their best to prepare some of the dishes without milk.
The pool is large with warm water, the jacuzzi is great, and the spa is perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. We were on full board, and on the day of our checkout we thought we would only get breakfast, but they told us that we could also order lunch. They prepared it for us as a takeaway when we checked out at 10:00.
We would love to come back and we highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient and close to everything. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to stay. The only downside is that the saunas are only switched on for a couple of hours per day, which makes it difficult to enjoy them freely. If this could be improved, it would make the experience even better. Overall, still a very good stay!

I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and it was lovely, we had to change rooms but it was very quick and easy. The pool and spa facilities were great and we made good use of them. The garden is also really beautiful.

Everything was expected! They have upgraded us to the Predela Lux apartment, which was a very nice gesture from their side.
Breakfast and dinner were on a menu since we have been off-season. The location is in the ski part of Bansko and very close to the hiking trails.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The entire property is in excellent condition, and everything feels well cared for.
After long and challenging treks in the mountains, the pool and sauna were absolute lifesavers – the perfect way to relax and recover.

The pool and jacuzi was nice, there is a bar right next to the pool where you can order a drink or food.It was nice that right from the pool where stairs that would get you to a nice backyard with chairs where you can lay down and tan. Nice little wood and a spring that forms a tiny river. You can enjoy the nature while you feel like you're on the beach. Cozy.
There wasn't a massage therapist. They said they have it only in winter.

The two bedroom apartment had two bathrooms and you could go to the terrace from each of the bedrooms and the living room. Nice view of to the garden and mountains
There was some water leaking from a pipe that is part of the heating system in one of the bathrooms. It did not cause us troubles or discomfort though.
