The only good thing about Predela is the garden.
When we arrived, they tried to put us in an apartment that was in a horrible state - not cleaned properly, balcony in a bad shape and missing balcony furniture, like coffee table, and the ap had an overall very bad smell, that started from the hall. Upon my complaint, they moved us to a more suitable apartment. And to make things worse, on my second day I got stuck in the hotel elevator for 15 minutes. The incident itself, followed by an inadequate reaction from the hotel staff was reason to cut short our stay at Predela. I've been coming to Bansko since 2017, and was never disappointed before, until I booked Predela 2 - the hotel itself has a great potential but it seems that it lacks proper management, maintenance and investments.

We came in August and got a room with no AC. Make sure you book a room with an ac if you come in the summer cause it gets very hot ?

Fresh and tasty food. While we stayed there wasn't a buffet and all the food was freshly cooked and really delicious. Our favorite spot was the garden—it’s absolutely beautiful and such a lovely place to relax.
During our 3 nights stay our room wasn't cleaned not a single time. Also extra shampoos were not brought. A bit strange... with 2 kids and using the pool everyday good thing I have brought their shampoo.

Останахме само за 1 вечер там, тъй като ни престоеше преход на следващия. Това, което ми направи впечатление беше, че самият хотел е доста уютен, и предвид цената, доста добре изглеждащ. Не успяхме да видим басейна но определено бих дошъл тук на ски ваканцията през зимата.
За краткият ни престой от 1 нощувка не видяхме нещо, което да не ни допадне

The hotel is very nice, with a wonderful garden and spa and pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The stuff does not speak english and sometimes it is difficult to communicate, but otherwise everything was ok, we were satisfied with our stay.
Also, the restaurant closes at 20, so be prepared with some food if you arrive late ?

Swimming Pool and SPA facilities are excellent! Water was very warm and temperature around the pool and inside the building was pleasant. Staff is very friendly and polite! Excellent service. Food is excellent and the service is fast. The restaurant is not expensive at all! Rooms are clean. We stayed in Deluxe Apartment that was spacious with 2 bathrooms, separate bedroom and living room. Rooms are warm. There is also a Garden around the hotel and it is interesting especially if you are with small kids, there is a playground.
Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Parking is a breeze. It's located near several restaurants, the gondola, and other activities, but not so close that noise was an issue. The town was so cute that we forgot/didn't have enough time to check out the spa. The apartment was great and well equipped. The beds were comfy. We had TWO balconies (one connected to both rooms, so it almost feels like 3 balconies). There was a hair dryer in the room that was an actual hair dryer, not one of those hair dryers that works just as well as blowing on your own hair :)
The dishwasher could stand to be replaced (the mounting was broken, so you have to mess with it a bit to get it to lock). The coffee isn't great, but there is an electric kettle, so if you grab some instant coffee you'll be all set.

When we came there was a bad smell in our apartment. We told the reception and were immediately transfered to a new apartment. The pool and spa were amazing! Its a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The massage was great!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The pool and spa area were excellent and a real treat after skiing. Hot water was available at all times, and the heating worked very well. Wi-Fi was good in the Predela 2 building (though not in the Lux building where we stayed).
The property is about a 10-minute walk from the gondola. This was a bit challenging with kids after a long ski day, but still manageable.

The staff was very friendly.
The appartment was comfortable and cozy.
The location allowed us nice walk to the center and the old town. Also there are lot of hiking trails in the near vicinity.
Our appartment was in the adjucent sister hotel. The room was almost the same as the one we have booked, with minor differences. The major hickup was that we had to go through a corridor between the hotels to reach the spa center.
The pool in the spa center was a bit colder for our liking and for the other guests apparently (it was empty most of the time).
There is a coffee machine in the kitchen, but we had to buy coffee pods from the reception.

The indoor pool was not heated as advertised, which was a big letdown, especially during colder weather. The food quality was very poor, with very limited options and bad taste. Even though we had Half Board, water was not included and we were forced to pay extra for it, which is unacceptable. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and we would not recommend it.

We loved everything about this hotel. Our apartment was brand new, and you could still smell the fresh furniture. The staff was very friendly, especially the chef, Gjoso. My wife is lactose intolerant, so we were worried there wouldn’t be many food options for her, but that was not the case. Since we stayed outside the high season and there were not many guests, we informed the kitchen staff and they did their best to prepare some of the dishes without milk.
The pool is large with warm water, the jacuzzi is great, and the spa is perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. We were on full board, and on the day of our checkout we thought we would only get breakfast, but they told us that we could also order lunch. They prepared it for us as a takeaway when we checked out at 10:00.
We would love to come back and we highly recommend this hotel!
