We were warmly welcomed and treated with a very greating and positive attitude.
The heating appliances need replacement and the bathroom deep cleaning due the mold in the shower cabine

Nice and very polite receptionist!
Rooms had nice and interesting design. Initially while temperatures outside were very cold, there was enough warmth in the room (afterwards when temperatures outside were >0 they started closing the heating sometimes.
Quiet street (no traffic, no tourists)
- Could hear everything through hotel walls; including when people above flushed toilets and took showers.
- Extremely bad internet; both hotel AND roaming; both during peak hours and just a bit better afterwards.
- All TVs are very old, either the signal is very bad and the picture is unwatchable, or the TV will break during your stay.
- Bad spare bed from couch
- Water is heated through boiler, not enough for 3 people showering after each other(may be ok for two)
- Room had kitchen with barebones ustensils (no pots, few old plates and glasses, few knives and forks, and that's it); no coffee machine, no coffee, no tea, or inkinds of any kind.

Very friendly and welcoming personnel. Good breakfast. Decent location to town center. Worm.
Very poor internet. No elevator in the building. No dining table and chairs in our room. Extra bed was very uncomfortable for sleeping. No room cleaning or towels change during our stay.

Wonderful
We've had a studio and a double room. The studio has a great size, it is lovely to stay in one of them. Also, the host was kind enough to satisfy our request for 2 adjacent rooms + a shared balcony, so we can have quick access to members of our group. The rooms had a mountain view, which was great. The place is overall pretty nice for a summer retreat and one can find a parking spot relatively easy either in front or at a 3-minute walking distance.

We are very satisfied,the rooms are clear,comfortable,the hosts are wonderful and the food is delicious.The chef always surprised us with a speciality.We really felt like we were at home.If we come to Bansko again,we would definitely stay here again.
We really have no complaints.

family owned hostel, nice and helpfull, clean but oldish, reasonable price for the value and for the period I was, a little bit far from lifts
like in all Bulgarian family owned accommodation that I tried until now, breakfast not worth the money

There was quite warm in the room. SPA was for free - need to ask to switch on it before 1.5 hours for reaching nice temperature. Administration was very welcome. Depsite on the small rooms it was cheap and comfortable enough
There was not enough ligths (quite dark) inside the room.
