Very good and friendly staff.
The SPA has a big pool with 35 C water, with different jets, exactly what we needed for relaxation after ski day.
The breakfast was very good, tasty and quite rich, to give you energy for a ski day.
A bit far from the interest locations.
Local restaurants were quite expensive.

This Hotels gives you the whole package: shuttles to the ski area(!), Spa (pools and few sauna rooms), spacious room, great breakfast, free parking, they even offered us food for the drive back to the airport. Game center for the kids.
Staff speaks good english and are very helpful.
The hotel is stationed a bit far - but this is wasn't a big issue thanks to the shuttles.

The pool was great, heated, and very well suited for children.
The breakfast was acceptable.
Poor Value for Money and Subpar Standards: The hotel absolutely does not meet five-star standards and certainly doesn't justify the high price. The customer service was poor, and we had to deal with them repeatedly; for example, it took a full hour and several failed attempts to get a mattress topper in the correct size, and the mattresses themselves were uncomfortable.
Check-in Issues and "Upgrade" Deception: Right upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded, but in reality, we received a room at a lower standard than what was booked. The initial room lacked a bathtub and a kitchen as shown in the pictures. A matching room was only found after we adamantly refused to move floors with all our luggage.
Technical and Operational Failures: We experienced frequent power outages during our stay.
Problematic Children's Activities: The children's craft activity was scheduled for a strange time (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and also required an extra fee.

The hotel is beautiful! Very clean and everything is new. Everyone is very, very kind and nice. The spa is ideal for relaxation and I recommend a massage. Good internet. The food is also delicious ? I would come back here again.

There aren't many dining options near the hotel besides the hotel restaurants, which are good but expensive.
The staff didn't know to advise regarding trails and attractions in the area

I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. They also gave us complimentary Baklava which is a nice gesture. Nothing that I majorly dislike. Only that the Christmas decorations are still there at the end of March. Overall it was really a good place to spend time with your family and the place is very kid’s friendly with lots of things to do.
