They let me use the spa after the closing hours.
That parking is paid for cars but luckily i was with motorycle and it was free.

The bed was comfortable.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was thoroughly disappointing from check-in to check-out.
Staff attitude: The receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We were treated with utter disrespect rather than welcomed as paying guests.
Room comfort & pests: The room lacked air conditioning. With no window screens installed, keeping the window open resulted in insects getting inside, and we woke up covered in bug bites.
Keycard issues: The room door lock barely worked. The keycard scanner failed repeatedly, requiring numerous attempts just to get inside.
Bathroom condition: The shower leaked, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor. Basic toiletries advertised on Booking.com—including shower gel—were missing.
Breakfast quality: The breakfast was very poor; all the pastries were completely raw and doughy on the inside.
Cleanliness & smell: The entire property smelled musty and dusty, largely due to the visibly old, unkempt carpeting.
Overall, the hotel falls far short of what is advertised online, and basic maintenance as well as customer service are seriously neglected.

Breakfast was good. Location is good, close to gondola and central area restaurants. Room was clean and cleaned daily.
SPA area could use improvement. Bathroom was really small.

The staff was very nice, the location is close to the ski-lift (walking distance) and also close to the Old Town, so it s right in the “center” on the main street. Hotel is very clean, rooms have good storing space, it was very warm, all SPA facilities were working and breakfast was worth the money.

Beds are not so comfortable.
Heated pool wasn't warm enough.
They refused to give us extra towels at the evening, saying they only replace those we have on the morning.
There are at least 2 cats wondering around, and I'm a bit allergic - I'd appreciate knowing in advance.

Excellent location, couldn't be better. Got an upper floor room, no elevators (warning if you carry lots of suitcases). Good breakfast. Didn't use facilities.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was good quality as well.
The bed wasn't very comfortable as it was feeling like you lie in a hole. The pool and the jacuzzi are needs some reinnovation
