We stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful experience overall.
The location is excellent - about a 10-12 minute walk to the gondola (mountain lift). The hotel is family-owned and named after their surname, and the family themselves, together with their team, run the place. You can really feel the personal touch and care.
I highly recommend including breakfast in your booking - it was very good, with a wide variety of options and everything very fresh.
The beds were comfortable, and we chose a room designed for a small family so we had enough space to unpack and organize our belongings, which made the stay much more comfortable.
There is also a dry sauna and a jacuzzi - exactly what you need after a day of skiing!
There was one inconvenience that was slightly unexpected. The room had a small kitchen, but the bathroom (toilet and shower) was located outside the room. We had to step into the corridor and use a private bathroom directly opposite the room, accessible only with our key. It was exclusively ours, but still outside the room.
We noticed that other rooms on the same floor had bathrooms inside, which made this setup feel a bit disappointing at first. However, we quickly got used to it, and it stopped being a real problem. Still, it would have been better if this detail had been clearly stated during booking.
Despite this minor drawback, I would absolutely recommend this place. The interior is beautiful, the view from the balcony is lovely, and the family - along with their adorable dog - made the stay especially warm and welcoming.

The hotel was spotless and the owner could not have been nicer. We felt very well taken care of and we’re so happy to be close to the main pedestrian Street.
I would have liked more vegetarian options for breakfast, maybe croissant and fruits. I also like the option of a soft pillow.

Centrally located for various activities in town. Property was immaculately clean, safe, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and morning offerings were varied with new choices each day.
Dimitri and his wife were hospitable and gracious hosts. They never intruded but were always accessible for any questions we had.
There was no downside. No complaints.

Location of the hotel is great, you can go everywhere by walking. Our room was really clean, breakfast was very nice. We did not have any problem, when we had questions, Dimitri always helped real quick. We had a great holiday with my boyfriend. Thanks to Dimitri, we would love to stay here again and again!

Location was great. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good - plenty of things to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and warm. Would book again.

Breakfast was delicious, location was great, close to all restaurants and bars in the city.
The room was too hot, the radiator knobs were taken so we couldn't turn it off. Had to keep the windows open all night.

The owners were incredibly nice. They made the jacuzzi and sauna ready everyday and we had it all to ourselves every day. The breakfast was amazing and they had pancakes!
There was no elevator. For us thats totally fine but if you are in a wheelchair that would be a problem.

The best part of the property is the friendly staff and pretty rooms! Home-made breakfast daily, good coffee and we were allowed to have a late check-out too!
The shower is right next to the toilet with no separation so everything gets wet when showering. Consider putting a glass door or something.

The place is very clean, the staff are friendly, and it is very close to the ski lifts. There is a little spa area with a jacuzzi and a sauna, which is lovely after a day of skiing. The breakfast is tasty and home made. What I liked most about this place is the thought that had been put into the rooms. Our room had bedside tables, bedside lamps, and plenty of shelves and hooks in the bedroom and the bathroom. The curtains were not completely black-out but they blocked out most of the light. These may sound like basic things but it is surprising how many hotels do not have them. You could tell that the owner here had really thought through every step of the guest’s experience. I would definitely stay again!
Slightly better noise insulation for the rooms and complete blackout curtains would be better. Other than that, everything was great!
