Pleasant
A good and quiet location, with a really nice and tasty breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable but they need some renovation.
The staff was young and inexperienced; I don't take this as a serious problem. WiFi in the rooms was very poor, and the TV channels were too basic. The sofas were very uncomfortable for sleeping

Disappointing
The price was fair.
this is an old hotel, the rooms need more warmth and nice decoration. Also the doors, closets and bathrooms need more care. This hotel does not really deserve 4 stars

The smell in the room, and mainly in the bathroom was unpleasant.

Wonderful
Located close to the city center. I participated in competition and it was very convenient to reach start area.
Place is quite and close to a nice park.
I don't know about other rooms, but in the room 308, where I was staying, when taking a shower, the water flows by bath side to the floor. So there is a puddle in the middle of the bathroom after every shower.

The breakfast was standard fare. Room was large and OK for the most part. Good size balcony. Staff was very accommodating to our requests.
The hotel was not ready for the large number of guests attending breakfast, so coffee mugs run out after the first hour. The room refrigerator was small and lacking a freezer. No coffee table between the balcony chairs and lack of privacy from the neighboring balconies.

The most amazing service (for Bulgaria) we have ever received! Perfect green area, well maintained and clean facilities and perfect location. The food was delicious + the coffee for breakfast was espresso type.
The swimming pool and SPA are decent and the play room for kids is totally fine.
We were amazingly happy to have most of the Jazz Festival in front of our balcony (as it was situated in the nearby park ).
I truly recommend this hotel for people who are warm hearted and not that picky, as this place accommodates great times with beloved ones, not only bodies ;)

The location is good and the massage was good and the lady was very polite
I've been there a year ago and they've deffenetely downgraded their value. We've booked two rooms, in both of them the air conditioning was not working. After telling them 2-3 times they've looked into it. In one of the rooms, it was fixed in the next day. In the other room, it was not fixed during our stay, with no apologies and no compensation. Also, the shower was broken in my room.

The location
I've been there a year ago and now it is definitely a downgrade. I've booked two rooms. Neither of them was with working air conditioning. I had to tell them 3 times, before the staff even checks it. In one of them, they've managed to fix it next day. But for the other room, no air conditioning, no apologies, no compensation during our stay. The bathroom also has a damages with the shower.

Very Good
This is the second year in a row that we have been guests of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location for those who came to rest during the summer period and want to take advantage of the benefits that Bansko offers as a settlement - good food, good cultural content, festivals, hiking tours in the mountains. The hotel has all the amenities that a **** hotel should have. Of course, the price difference from a 4* hotel indicates that the service and quality is not at that level. But who doesn't mind, I think that the price-offer ratio is more than worth and for recommending.
During the summer, the hotel accepts tours with a large number of children. Of course, the children are not the problem, but the parents or educators who, as teenagers, know to buy drinks in the market and drink in the evenings, and that they are too loud in the space for joint gatherings. And that's under your balcony. Those on duty at the reception should pay attention to that.

The young receptionist, the restaurant staff and bar staff were very kind and helpful. Food was also good, with a nice selection. The location is ideal for families because there is lovely park directly behind the hotel.
It really needs an upgrade. Bathrooms had a funky smell. The doors felt like you could kick them down with a kick.
