The room was clean and warm, food very good and with big choise, also the staff very polite, wifi with good quality, free parking zone.
The spa centar was with bad organization, not enought warm, the pool was cold, without hair dryer, without shapoon and bathrobe.

We enjoyed the wellness and spa center. The apartment was a great size and comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen as well.
We didn't have internet in the room even the staff tried to resolve the issue. Also the bathroom smelled a bit more cleaning it will be great.

I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. However - there is no elevator and had to carry the heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor. All door handles and sink were loose - a bit of adjustment is needed.
Food was generally good - 3 types of salads, 3 types of main dish, 1 soup.
The spa starts from 15 to 20 - a indoor pool, a steam bath and a sauna. Generally clean.

Accomodation: big size of the apartment and good location
Accomodation: beds were rather old and not comfortable, bathroom small, not enough cleaning and cigarette smoke on the hallway.
Breakfast: limited offer for breakfast with almost the same things every day.
