Disappointing
The location is perfect is right close to the center of town and everything you have in walking distance, there are two ukrainian guys who try to to help but their English is not good and very hard to communicate first at the booking they say one of the facilities is parking an at the site they try to take to to the paid parking lot,
Not happy with the payment procedures, you have to pay on the day you check in, which I did not like.

We did not have breakfast as we planned to go out first thing to the slopes. The owner was always around helping us with our equipment and giving us advice, nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me informed with messages and even reminded me of things I had forgotten, including airport transfers. A great host and we would have not hesitancy in returning

The staff is very nice. The owner doesn't speak english but we managed to communicate through google translate and with the help of his son.
The location is at 15 min walk to gondola, passing the beautiful scenery of the old downtown
Unfortunately the house is not soundproof and you can hear everything that happens around your room. You need good luck to have quiet neighbours :)

Super friendly and welcoming owner. Every morning he asked me if I wanted some tea or sweets. Very good approach to the guests.
The location is also nice. In the silent street but very close to the town center.
The room itself was okay. There was everything that was needed for such a stay. It was a bit chilly in the morning but I think it can be a seasonal issue. I stayed during the low season.

The Ukrainian gentleman looking after the place was really welcoming. The place is close to centre and 15min walk to gondola
Noone could speak English and responded to my messages via booking or WhatsApp.There is no reception desk.

- no soundproof at all and couldnt sleep from noisy neighboors
- there was no one at reception, we called and the guy that arrived was speaking only Bulgarian and German so the communication was mainly through body language
- there was only shower without cabin or something so you were showering on top of the toilet
- we found a parking on the road outside the hotel in a corner but if there was another car parked there, there was no other option
- unpleasant smell in the corridors
- room door seemed violated next to the lock

Very, very good value. Clean and warm. Friendly staff.
Beds could have been slightly more comfortable. Not great sound proofing. Minor issues though for the price.
