Nice welcoming host, offering a lot of recommendations and information. Clean room. Location centered - not far, but not too close either (to attractions), accessible by foot.
Soundproofing could be better (the room door gap makes everything that happens in the stairway audible, and vice versa). The tap makes noise when open, resonating through the wall. Only microwave for heating/cooking. Shared refrigerator, keep an eye on your food. Wifi was sometimes slow (it would be nice to add a 5Ghz AP).

Nikolay (owner of the Guest House) was very kind and helpful. Whenever I needed him, he was available and the room was tidy, clean, not too far from the centre and in a quiet neighbourhood.
Overall I was happy with the price and the experience :)

Cozy and clean room with kitchen in the centre of Bansko, lift is situated nearby. Ideal for families and little companies. Host is very friendly and nice.

Very good location and great price to quality ratio. Very warm and cozy. Nice kitchen area. Really great host. He gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to do. He helped us with one of the activities were planning.

Mountain view from the windows. Comfortable, heating always on, spacious kitchen, no noises during the night.
The owner Nikolay was always helpfully polite and shared his knowledge of local attractions.
WC and shower are not separated.

Nikolay is great host . Apartment looking fantastic for the money . Apartment is just 6 minutes walking from ski lift and from the city center . Have a parking near the apartment and is so hot inside . Ths view was fantastic . I suggest this place and will come back I am sure .
