Spacious, comfy, well-designed interior; a well structured hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. There were some exceptional dishes in the restaurant menu - including whole roasted suckling pig for Christmas. There was also a live folklore performance for Christmas. Very pleasant interior design. Within walking distance of grocery stores, Bansko's center and many other amenities.
The corridor connecting the rooms was generally dark. The lighting was controlled by a couple of PIR sensors. They were not great at detecting movement. So you end up walking into a dark corridor, waving your hands and hoping for the lights to come on.
We booked three rooms. Two of them were heated by AC units. Third one - small electric convection heaters. Those convection heaters were not adequate for heating up the room.
Rooms are mixed - some were recently renovated, some were more beaten up.
Some guests were quite loud during dinner.

The facilities are very good, as the meals.
The hotel is close to the Bansko gondola, but not so close as presented on the hotel site.
It can be reached by foot (with ski boots) but better by car (taxi).

Great breakfast and dinner, all food was really good. Pretty good apartments. If you are planning to ski most of the time - this is a good choice.
Not the best cleaning. The floor in the apartment was dirty
No drinks included in the dinner. All coffee and juice machines are closed during the whole dinner. The stairs in the pool are broken.

The property is old and have a terrible smell
the mattress are old and had springs that stuck in our body!!!
we had cold water in the shower!!! old shower and not clean.
No light in the hallway and in the room
No sustainable Wi-Fi
Not recommend- be careful

Room was with new furniture big and clean. The food was good. Location also near to the Gondola.
There was not djakuzi in the spa.There is was not drinking at the dinner not even water which is ridicilous for 4 star hotel. Why on booking is not shared that kind of information? There is not transportation from the Gondola to the hotel - Even the hotel is not so far from the gondola, about 5 minutes walking, there should be transportion from the Gondola because everyone after skiing is tired and it is dificult to come back to the hotel with all equipement and ski shoes. The recepcionist were not so professional and kind, to welcome you to the hotel, to help you with your baggage, to navigate you around the hotel and to wish you good stay and good luck at the end so to come back again.

Bedroom was nice and big, actually a proper double bed but the mattress had springs poking through, and if you want a hot shower at peak times think again….
Food wasn’t good, uncomfortable bed, service wasn’t great, only a simple bar, no fire or lounge area so room and restaurant only.

The hotel has a good location a few minutes from the gondola. Shops, exchange offices, ski equipment rental are all a few minutes from the hotel. It was warm, the beds were comfortable, the room was big. The reception staff is friendly. The food was delicious.
The hotel has its own paid parking lot, there is also a parking lot nearby behind the hotel where you can park for free.
During our stay of 4 nights/5 days, the room was never vacuumed, the bathroom was not washed. Only trash cans were emptied and clean towels were left. The bedding was not changed.
In the restaurant, if you come 1 or 1.5 hours after the start of dinner, you are waiting for food to be refilled, cutlery is missing, soup bowls are missing... the staff is not very friendly.
The pool is small for such a big hotel.
The floors in front of the sauna are full of water that nobody cleans. There are no towels at the pool.
It can not be said that it has a spa. It has a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. A 4* hotel should have much higher standards.
