It’s quite location and you can get panorama views if you get the room other side of the road
The pillow is too high. I feel not comfortable sleeping on that. When we’re wake-up I have pain on my neck and shoulders. My husband felt the same

The location is good and the view out of the backside of the hotel is magnificent. The buffet breakfast is good and has choice for everybody.
The hotel feels outdated. The front of the hotel is noisy, but in other parts knocking of the heating kept us awake for most of the night (the staff knew about this issue but failed to mention). The evening meals were too expensive for what was offered.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the Forest in front of hour hotel room balcony was just amazing , autumn vibes.??? and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and the wellness area were the highlights of our stay. We are definitely going to come back.?

Room was spacious, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really great. Dinner was also nice. Spa facilities are good and clean; kids were allowed use the facilities outside of the pre-fixed hours, this certainly added a lot to our stay. Also, the temperatures and facilities were perfect. Location an view is wonderful.
Check-in is from 15:00h, however our room was under cleaning and fixing until 15:40 h. The following day the room was not made until 15:30 h despite of the tag on the door from 10:00h; after we were back. This seems to be a general issue in Belgium, same experience in another hotels on the coast.
Spa facilities are not supervised: a guest used the sauna, hamam, jacuzzi in simple underwear, which is not acceptable.

Wonderful
Breakfest is great; very much enjoyed the massage in spa. Rooms with balcony / windows giving on the parking space are a rather noisy if you want to leave your window open.
Bar has limited offer and very limited opening hours.

The room was not clean enough, the shower drain was not working properly. Eventhough we pay for spa additionally while booking, they asked money for bathrobe and slippers.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and vegetables, along with an excellent selection of breads.
We especially loved the covered back patio and the grassy sitting areas, which were perfect for relaxing. Having easy access to a nearby forest hiking trail was also a huge bonus. While we didn't get a chance to use the pool, we appreciated the quiet, natural setting. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was comfortable, although we did find that the pillows were all too plump and high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep without some neck discomfort. Offering a selection of pillows to guests would be a great addition.

The staff in the reception, the view of the rooms to the valley were the main top of this hotel.The pool was also very good and you can relax after a day of walking. Close by car to the center of SPA is a good place to relax.

I really liked a kindness of the receptionists. The room was big enough and nice. Breakfast was nice, quite lots of choice. The hotel is quite dog friendly which was very convenient for us. Nice green area around the hotel.
I did not like the wellness area much as it is quite old and not very well clean (the windows were quite dirty). the hammam area did not have possibility to clean the seats after using. Usage of disposable plastic cups in the rest area is not very sustainable. The glass door of the room bathroom is not very practical because it is disturbing the one who is sleeping during night. The hotel is quite expensive overall.
