Beautiful valley views, quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. Good restaurant.

Place was clear and comfortable except of the pillows- they are too big.
One person of the stuff in restaurant in the evening was not friendly and some guests were not satisfied

Welness was good. Restaurant was nice and food was very tastfull and nice presented. Around hotel was a nice forest and in just walking distance we were in Spa town.
Sometimes personal speak only Frech, but they were always friendly...For us it was too warm in the rooms and we were surprised how they keep that so warm.

The location is good and the view out of the backside of the hotel is magnificent. The buffet breakfast is good and has choice for everybody.
The hotel feels outdated. The front of the hotel is noisy, but in other parts knocking of the heating kept us awake for most of the night (the staff knew about this issue but failed to mention). The evening meals were too expensive for what was offered.

Staff is great!
The building/infra is outdated. I do not believe the owner will put in a massive investment to get it to todays norms. However they did invest in some nice BMW’s. That gives a certain perception.
