Excellent panoramic view from the room. Good range of wellness facilities. Breakfast was decent. The room was comfortable.
We have visited wellness twice during our stay. In our first visit, the staff present at the facility did not have any knowledge of the facility rules when we asked. There was too much noise even in the relaxation area with a group of people speaking loudly and shouting, but nobody warned them. In our second visit, there was simply no staff at the facilities at all during opening hours so we could not even use sauna as it was not warmed up.

The swimming pool is far away from sauna, in sauna itself the temperature was not warm enough. Otherwise ok

The room gets afternoon sun therefore becomes too warm during warm summer days - but might be good in the winter
The airco is insufficient on hot days
The bathroom can use more air vent capacity to vent the air

Lovely location in the middle of the forests but accessible, close to the little city of Spa. At the hotel the spa facilities were good, there is an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi outside, gym facilities and all sorts of massage. You can buy nice souvenirs, there is a display with different objects. Breakfast was nice, different sorts of food, vegan or not vegan, juice, fruits, pastries, etc.Big free parking, with several electric chargers. AC in the rooms, clean bathrooms. Daily cleaning.
Even if the hotel was not full, I got a room on the last floor and it was quite hot inside. The AC was running all the time, but it was noisy and I had to turn it off. The room I chose was on the parking/ street side and there are cars and trucks running non stop. Keeping the window open was a challenge.. And the pillows are too big. So, in 2 words, I couldn't sleep more than 3 hours/ night. Maybe on the other side of the hotel is better. Still, I didn't understood why my room was on the 5th floor. And people should be informed that the rooms on the parking side are noisy because of the traffic. Lunch is served from 12 to 14:30 and you don't have too many options. Dinner is served from 7 to 9:30, also, not too many options. You better go and eat in the village.
