The reception staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Didn’t eat with you as only a quick stop over. Easy to get into Gent.
Not so much the property but getting to it. We went around the loop 4 times before we worked out how to get into the inner ring road. We thought it was the IKEA service yard!
Signage is very small and said Holiday Inn, I understand this is the local authorities and not yourselves but some more signage on the approach would be helpful

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable, super breakfast, convenient free parking in front of hotel, nice direct lift to the Thermes from hotel.

Great location in the middle of Spa, we had a lovely view from the window over the fountain and funicular. It was very easy to get to the thermal spa using the funicular.
The room was very warm and I couldn't work out if there was a way to turn on A/C, it affected my sleep. Due to the proximity and link to the thermal spa, a small discount on spa prices (or maybe an evening opening or something) would be excellent.

Really not much but choices in Spa at a decent price range at few
It’s poorly maintained, grubby and stuck in time.
We were charged for a superior room that was the darkest gloomiest room facing the furnicular.
The entry to the underground parking is super tight. Better & cheaper to park outside though they dont tell you.

It’s annoying to have to pay some charges like breakfast or electric charging with your card instead of being able to charge to your room.
