Great location in the heart of Spa town and a short fanicular ride up to the SPA
The rooms were dated and short on ambiance.

We had a lovely stay and thank the staff for making our stay a special one. The standard room and ensuite bathroom were chic, very roomy, and comfortable. The vernicular to the Thermes de Spa was a lovely perk and made our trip to the spa a breeze. The location is excellent and right at the town centre. We would definitely stay here again.

I did like it's location. It was right next to the thermes de spa which I was also going to. At check-in, they even made sure I knew about it and that I could go to the spa without leaving the hotel. They were also ready to help me set up a reservation.
I didn't like how I had to put my card in for getting power to the room. I had some work stuff going on and needed my laptop on, but I could not actually do it.

This is a lovely hotel, great location and fantastic breakfast buffet
Our rooms were not ready at check in time and it took a while to get them, without being offered anything for the waiting time
