Good size room and location
Room given was in the new building, it was not yet suitable to be used. Still had the building work on the balcony, air con not working, wifi not working, nail poking out from wardrobe, window locked. Spoke to staff one night, didn’t get any help. Second night, showed the staff the air con remote where the air con didn’t work, said they didn’t know the new system, gave no resolution. Staff didn’t know the new air con system neither did the maintenance man. No lock on toilet or shower room

Disappointing
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the floors in the corridors were not cleaned after the renovations works thus all the dirt is coming also to your room's floors. The ventilation in the room was loud, working 24/24 and not possible to switch off. The day we were leaving, the swimming pool was closed due to cleaning and we could not use it. The chairs in the restaurant were visibly dirty as if nobody is taking care to clean them.

Half of the hotel is in construction. Our room was in the new building and was not actually finished: cables coming out of walls, appliances not plugged in, dust from the ongoing works, etc.

Wonderful
Brand new rooms, very comfortable and good pace for a family.
Some control in the swimming pool area is required. Unfortunately rowdy guests made the use of the pool impossible. Very unfortunate for our child who had been patiently waiting until he was allowed to use the facilities (which are not available to children for a good part of the day).

We had a room in new block, it was quite comfy and stylish providing enough space for our family. My wife and son enjoyed the spa and pool. Breakfast was also good. Location is in green area not very far away from Spa city center and Spa-Francochamps race tract.
There is a renovation still on going in the hotel. That limits parking capacity. Also some common areas like halls could be dirty. View from the room is affected as well. Were were happy with a price we paid, but noticed that following nights were cost 2-3 times more.

Beautiful hotel, very close to Spa thermal baths. The team was very friendly and helpful. They were responsive after we left something behind and arranged seamless courier. There is a good hotel on site. The room was clean and spacious with loads of packing space.
Parking could be challenging if hotel is fully occupied.
