Wonderful

We found the hotel to be a charming little place with a cozy atmosphere, and breakfast in the restaurant was good with different options.
The spa area was much smaller than expected, with a tiny pool, a small sauna, and a small steam room. Also there were open showers, not much privacy. The hotel itself felt quite old, and the photos make it look newer than it really is. Our biggest regret was dinner at the restaurant: we waited 1.5 hours for our food and did not receive any apology for the delay.

Location was good. Cuisine was good.
Bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival. Everything was grossly overpriced. Pool table surface was ripped. Gym was too small. Bed/pillows weren’t great. AC was limited to “living room” and didn’t reach bedroom. Bright blue light emitted from front of hotel-came in bedroom windows.

Staff was excellent.. would like to compliment Nicholas. He was very helpful. Also thanks to the barman Yusuf... very entertaining guy.
We had booked a private suite and the property confirmed us that the suite was fully air-conditioned. But to our dismay only one room has a air conditioner. It was a sweltering 28 deg C and the suite was very uncomfortable during the night too. Although Nicholas (very grateful to him) gave us an alternate room on both nights but we were 3 adults and could not adjust in one room.
Management should focus on refurbishing the room with basic amenities like air conditioning and specially when its under a Radisson Blu banner. No wonder the property had a rating of 7.8 on booking.com when I booked but assumed that being Radisson basics should be right,, but no way

Staff speaks fluent English, big rooms, sauna, hamam and swimming pool! With amenities in the room, overall a good experience. Would book it again.
Great place to stay and discover the Ardennes with free parking.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was not good value for the money. Breakfast was not worth €26. While the staff were very friendly but because of the amount of people the repleneshment of the food was very slow. For me there were not enough staff on duty.
Quicker replenishment of the food at breakfast would have been better. Clearance of the tables could be improved.
