The Hotel was well presented and the host Thierry made us very welcome, rooms were bright and spacious with a very nice ensuite. Breakfast was very good with a large selection to choose from and also cooked options were available.

A very cosy hotel, fantastic breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself. Last but not least, very friendly staff! Helpful with regards to sightseeing locations in the neighborhood and to assist for giving additional information about Spa and its center. Actually, I can't tell about any issues or improvements, thus hereby we are giving 5 stars as rating score right now

Thierry the host is a verry friendly person. The hotel is in an old beautiful house. The interior decoration with a lot of taste and verry confortable.

Spacious and quiet room with a lovely garden view. The breakfast was outstanding - it felt homemade, but even better.
The shared space also deserves a special mention: a large living room with soft music, warm lighting, and a cozy, almost magical atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional: very friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations about the city, directions, places to eat, and taxis, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location, just outside Spa itself. The room was large and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pretty surroundings.

Beautiful property with balconies in most rooms and a lovely common area. Staff were incredible and even set the fire up for us on the last night as we were the only couple. We also got upgraded to a suite with a bigger balcony, it was a brilliant end to our Belgian holiday.
Bit of a walk (~20min) from the main town but was beautiful in the snow and very accessible down the main road.

This place was just amazing. Found it for a 1 night stop over as we were visiting Spa for the day. It was so warm and inviting. The facilities were incredibly charming and tidy and spacious. It is clearly run extremely well. They were ready for us as soon as we walked in the door and helped with dinner reservations and to get settled. The communal areas were so inviting, and the breakfast was wonderful. Really appreciated the chat with the owner and recommendations he provided. Lovely quiet location very close to town. This place is an absolute gem. We were so happy we found it.

We liked the nice breakfast with its many options of chocolate spreads with boiled eggs and minute-made waffles. Honestly the host was extremely accomodating, nice and kind. He is clearly very professional and an excellent host. The ambiance is also nicely calm and relaxing. The location is in fact quite good 10-20 min from walking trails, and 20 min to any restaurant in the main city.
Only one thing was an issue in our bedroom, was the canalisation smells were a bit strong but was manageable to take care of when closing the sink and letting some fresh air in.
