Location, free motorcycle parking in front of hotel. Are in restaurant in evening and breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive. Coffee in room
No air con just fan so room was very hot. On opening windows it was noisy outside

There is a minibar, which is great to keep bottled water cool
I should have checked but air conditioning has become so standard it did not occur to me that there was none. With a heat of over 30 degrees it was not good. Friends of mine stayed there last year and didn’t come back because of the lack of A/C
While at night it was cooling sleeping with open windows meant not sleeping well due to the noise. The windows overlook a main square with terraces open late with loud people. One night there were a bunch of people making a racket in the square until at least 3 am.
Housekeeping is sloppy. In addition, the staff leaves all rooms open on two floors with no one around, anyone could just walking. Not to mention that the staff leaves dirty linen in the middle of the staircase blocking the way, which caused me to trip and hurt my elbow trying to avoid it. The excuse I was given was that reception had told them there were no guests in the building.
The safe heats up inside, anything you leave there stays super hot.
Pillows aren’t very good.
Staff is unfriendly and un accommodating.

The location is ideal for visiting Thermes de Spa.
Dinner was delicious.
Breakfast-time staff were smiling and kind.
The staff, specifically the dinner-time staff, do not smile much, and are almost rude.
There was no hand soap when we first settled in the room.

Fantastic location.
Couple minutes walk to the funicular cable car up to Thermes de Spa.
Right in the middle of town, with good restaurants nearby.
Less than 10 minutes walk to train station.
Room was big, breakfast very pleasant.

Location was perfect just in the center of the town, with parking close by.
Room was spacious, big bathroom, comfortable bed.
Breakfast was ok, different breads, different breads, boiled eggs, cereals, fruit.
Did not hear noise from other rooms.
Restaurant is excellent, not only beautiful but also superb food!

Easy parking overnight on the street . Situated in the Centre of Spa and very easy to walk around the town.
Room was very clean and modern. Nespresso machine available in the room and shower modern and spacious .

Lovely rooms above a restaurant. The food in the restaurant was great. Room was big and quiet. On street parking was actually quite easy.

The room for three. They had a sofa bed which was very good in the livingroom kind of part. The problem is that the bedroom did not had a door to upgrade the privacy. If it had a door then the room would have been worth an 8.
