Excellent bedroom and bathroom, central location
Parking very difficult. We didn’t like having to drag our cases through busy restaurant. Although we were residents we were unable to purchase a drink at the restaurant bar on our return at night, also quite noisy outside.

spacious room overlooking a central eating and drinking district, yet was adequately quiet in the evening.
Despite staying at the hotel, there was no availability for the group I was with to dine in the hotel restaurant.

The bedrooms are modern, well appointed, comfortable, but the best bit is the wonderful bathrooms with super showers and facilities. The hotel serves a good breakfast.

Good to be back - good service, clean comfortable forms, quiet at night even though in Spa centre. Breakfast good, evening meal was great.

A very warm welcome from the manager and we were able to check in early which was convenient for us. Hotel is in a good location in the centre and close to all the main things in Spa. The room was comfortable and quiet overlooking a small square, the bathroom large and well designed. We had an enjoyable if short stay.
The bed was very soft, which was not ideal for me.

The room was excellent, comfy and super quiet.
The breakfast was really good: lots of choice in the buffet.
We've booked a table at the restaurant during our last day in Spa. The service was amazing and the food quality was outstanding.
Really we liked every moment of our stay.
