Very Poor
I entered the property by the restaurant, thinking it was the hotel. I had a lot of luggage and a very nice woman help me to walk from the station as there were not taxi at the station and when I called reception to ask if they could send a taxi she told me it was not possible. The woman walking with me told me that was the hotel and I saw the name. As soon as I entered the person in the restaurant told me to bring all my bags to the correct entrance right away. I told him I was not able to find another entrance. Asked if I could enter by restaurant. This escalated right away as too big men with tattoos came to say the were owners/ managers/ patrons in the restaurant and I was… wel, I won’t write it here. They told me to leave their fine established and I said I did not want to stay there either as I would not be able to feel safe. I called booing and advised of the overbooking situation and that I did not feel safe. Booking cancelled my reservation ‘free of charge for me’ and have not followed up about the serious situation. Booking does not care at all how women travelling alone are treated in hotels we booked by them. Or at least they have not care yet. I still hope Booking still investigate the actions of the people involved in this incident against a woman travelling alone. And take this case with the necessary seriousness.
The way they treated me.

Good
breakfast very good;
parking spot far too expensive; One night there was a blackout which lasted for three hours, no generator. Telly froze several times. Very sombre room. Sight from the window: a facade at about ten meters;

Poor
The rooftop.
The confort rooms are situated at the ground floor next to the internal alleys where the other guests were passing by and the view faces the confort rooms of the other side.
Our confort room smelled awkward and it was difficult to open the window as the curtain was severely blocking the manipulation. There was no baggage storage room except for the Divertissement room where anyone can go and take your luggage (as the surveillance is not appropriate). Thus we consider the price paid too high.

Very Poor
The location was very nice, breakfast was also ok.
It is horribly noisy, we did not manage to sleep all night due to other guest making noise in their rooms and getting in and out of them. The automatic lights also kept us up as we needed to keep the window open to cool down the room (no air conditioning).
The beds are also extremely hard and uncomfortable. We found hair in the shower from a previous occupant.
When we told the owner (we guess) about the issues he clearly could not care less and basically blamed us for not calling them in the middle of the night for the noise.
We were really looking forward to this stay but it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, especially for that price. (I stay in hotels about 150 night per year due to my job)

Disappointing
The staff were lovely. Well located in the centre of the town.
Really disappointed in with the room- the photos of the room make the room look much better than it actually is. The fixtures are cheap and falling apart (our door knob was about to fall off), the bed was uncomfortable, there were no windows, but one looking out onto a walkway where everyone could look in. Not at all what I expected for €145.

Good hotel with great staff 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the Thermal Baths.
No fridge and it was a bit noisy towards night time due to the hotel having a common room and the Champions League being on that day

The hotel is well located for a walk about Spa, looking for a restaurant or just strolling about the city.
And, although in the city centre they have parking space to accommodate a few cars.
The restaurant, and the terrace when the weather is beautiful, are very good too.

I loved the lounge room. When the weather was a bit bad. We could play games there. So we didn't need to stay inside our room.
The rooms where not in a building it was outside. When someone smoked outside of their room. It comes inside of our room. Because we only had one window to open.
