Exceptional
An extraordinary breakfast served by a wonderful hostess. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quite quaint. A lovely setting with a garden and woodland view from the window. Only a mile from the centre of Spa, unfortunately the weather stopped us having a good look around, especially as we were travelling by motorbike. Due to the weather, the hostess allowed us to park our bike in a garage / shed overnight. Absolutely first rate service.

This is a lovely old house in a beautiful setting. We stayed to visit Spa Classic and unfortunately did not have time to explore the forest. The area is very peaceful with lots of birds. It is ideal for walkers. The room was large with nice views, the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. The breakfast varied from day to day with local produce but fresh fruit salad every morning. The lady who owns the house speaks good English; it was a shame we don't speak better French. There is an Abbey in nearby Stavelot which was unfortunately closed, the town itself is very interesting and we found a good restaurant which was much cheaper than Spa. My partner and his friend enjoyed the local beer!
