Very friendly owner/staff who prepared an amazing breakfast for us every morning! The room was nice and quite big, the location is great (a few minutes' walk to to beach only). It was easy to park the car in the street (for free).
We were really happy, so there is nothing really to complain about. Personally, I like it if there is a small desk in the room - which was not the case here.

Location excellent in a street not far from the seafront. All the houses were built early 1900s and beautiful, some with tiled fronts. The room very clean with essentials taken care of. Breakfast was very good with fresh, local produce, home made jams and a lovely herbal tea. The host very welcoming.
There was no refreshment tray in the room for a tea on waking or hot chocolate before bed, though that is a preference rather than a negative. There were 4 flights of stairs which were fine for us but if limited mobility could be an issue.
