Very Poor
Bed was ok
We booked a night because of seemingly ok reviews, but our experience was below any standards. Terrible sound insulation, hearing everything from neighboring room. Zero sleep all night, quality of cheap hotel, for a price of 230eur for a night. Bathroom too small. View from the window into other people's terraces and ventilation equipment - no sun at all. Very disappointed, don't recommend to anyone.

Quality of the mattress and pillows , the Italian shower , the breakfast
The room was not inspected. We have found a dead insect on the bed . The shower gel and tissues were empty !!!

Nothing at all
I booked a Superior room, but upon arrival, I've got a Classic room instead( based on booking.com photos) and According to the front desk staff — who was far from friendly — the only difference is a mini bar with 3 bottles of soft drinks and cityview. In other words, you pay almost $30/night more for essentially nothing. I did not enjoy staying at this place at all , mainly because of the poor and inflexible reception service. Also They refused money refund and force me to accept their choice.

Location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly personal and clean room. Breakfast was very good. Very extensive.
Pity that the bar was already closed when we came back to the hotel after the new years eve festivities in town. Overall price of the hotel was too high, but we booked pretty late for New Years Eve.

Couldn’t fault it, everything was lovely. We didn’t have breakfast as it was 25 euros which we felt was very expensive.
All good!

Pleasant
The cost of the breakfast is not reasonable., and it was during the booking unclear that it was not included. I really do not like this. For a couple you pay 50 Euro extra.at a room cost which was already expensive.
