Good location and clean room.
We booked 3 rooms, but 1 room was booked duplicated. Fortunatly there were other room available, so we got 3 rooms. However, we could have ended up with 1 room less.

Clean and comfortable room for overnight stay. Included coffee and tea maker in the room. Great location.
Was front facing so a bit noisy outside. Walls and ceilings not insulated so you hear your neighbours if not quiet. Breakfast expensive so we eat out.

Incredible location in the middle of the city and right by the beach, tram stop & train station. Wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety. The room was on the smaller side but had good storage options, lots of charging ports and was excellent for a 2nights stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful from before checkin until after checkout.
Minibar was not operational without purchase from the hotels shop.

Great hotel! Very welcoming and friendly staff, also very helpful by phone to find the right parking location. I think not one question we could ask would be too much. Nice, modern but warm design in the general areas and rooms. All one could wish for or possibly need during a stay. Extensive and very good breakfast!
No complaints or points of improvement noticed whatsoever.
