Wonderful
Good value for the money . Beach was close. The room was very clean and well decorated. Heating system worked well. Upgraded suite for more space was worth it.
Reception desk was around the corner from the building the room was in but it was no problem. Kept our luggage till we could check in . Staff very friendly and personable. Late check out was possible and appreciated.
Nothing bad. Facilites of a small bar seating area and bag storage at check building was basic but that is ok.

Situated in a perfect location, with a short walking distance from the beach and city center (very short)
Clean and quiet and with super helpful stuff at the reception. (Big thanks with explaining the parking details)
Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very Good
The hotel is located in the center of Oostende. The price was OK. Parking was in a public lot for an extra fee. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We can recommend it for a short trip to this region.
Thanks for everything!
The accommodation and the room were clean, but a bit small and quite noisy. We could hear almost everything going on in the next room and in the stairwell.

Very clean and cleaned every day which was fantastic after being at the beach. Nice bathroom with towels replaced every day
Rooms quite small and balcony view wasn’t very nice but at least had a little outside space

Great room with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. Great location, in a quiet area but a short walk to restaurants and beach.
Some noise from room above at times.

Pleasant
This annex hotel is away from the main hotel. You have to walk there for breakfast.
It also does not have a lobby with seating availability.

Disappointing
Location is good!
The hotel has no reception, the reception is in the Prado hotel, which might be the reason for staff’s disinterest and apathy.
The room was average and livable.
However, the pillows were dirty and smelled funny.
There were stains on the bedside table.
Booked a room with no view, so wasn’t expecting much tbh. But! The room was on the first floor, which is only considered to be the first floor... as you enter the balcony you have a ground floor roof just half a meter below you. Not even talking about the building right across. Doesn’t make you feel comfortable or safe. Plus no daylight in the room because of this.
When asked for a different room on a higher floor (straight after check in) the lady on reception was not very helpful as she was busy flirting with another customer. First she confused me with someone else, as she was thinking I’m on the sixth floor, which “is the highest floor available” due to the fact that she didn’t ask for my room number and did not remember me even though she just checked me in. As we figured out my room number - Apparently, No other rooms were available... No solution was offered, issue was not resolved.
On another note, location is good.
Pretty sure rooms on higher floors are better.
