Nice big room with a nice view of the canal. Bathroom was very good. Nice comfortable bed. Lift to get to our room was efficient . We had our evening meal at the hotel and this was excellent. Clean.
A member of staff upon arrival in my view was not exactly friendly; business like in approach. Other staff were fine. We had difficulty locating the hotel so better signage would be a good idea. I seem to recall not many sockets to use to enable us to charge our phones/ chargers.

Very clean, comfortable and easy access to town centre and the beach;
even budgeted single room has new facilities, definitely beyond expectations.
Staff are very polite and welcoming :)

The property was clean the staff were pleasant so no problems there
Had a room overlooking a back street noisy workmen arrived at about 5-15 am which made further sleep impossible I left after breakfast on day one meaning I had wasted 115 euros but I could not stand the thought of another night in that room

Staff were fab. The owner sorted out our blue badge parking and was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely.
No fan in the room and it was a bit basic. The lift was very basic.

Very good location, near the beach and train station,
Very good and abundant breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, very clean room.
There is a fantastic restaurant in the hotel.

The cleanness of the room and bathroom.
I would’ve preferred more information about what was available for breakfast. The responsible was polite and warm but I was not sure what was available to eat. Later I saw there was more than the buffet offered as fried eggs, bacon, etc…
Maybe it was too much work for a person to cook, serve coffee and attend the dinner room.
I had problems with my keycard when I came back from town. Hopefully there were some people in the restaurant from thr hotel and they quickly helped me. My partner who came later had problems too but I was awake and I could open myself. That can happen always although it would be a nice idea in the check-in to give an alternative in case that that happens, any kind of resources to handle it.

Bike can be well arranged for overnight storage. Enjoy the freshly made egg for breakfast ?
Space is quite limited- small luggage would be preferable. Restaurant back-door could be better arranged for easily access to the security exit.
